Özet
ÖZET Araştırmamızda, kron köprü protezi taşıyan hastalanıl restorasyonlarının sökülmesinden hemen sonra, kron tutucularının iç yüzeylerinden alman örneklerde mikrobiyolojik floranın tespiti amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla restorasyonların altında bulunabilecek mikroorganizmalar, aerop, fakültatif anaerop, ve anaerop bakterilerin izole edilmesine ve ayırımına imkan sağlayan metodlar üe değerlendirilmiştir. Gazi Üniversitesi Dişhekimliği Fakültesi Protetik Diş Tedavisi Anabilim Dah Kliniklerine başvuran toplam 30 adet kron köprü protezi taşryan hastadan, restorasyonların sökülmesinden hemen sonra bakteriyolojik örnekler alınmıştır. Bu örnekler bakteriyolojik kültür yöntemleri kullanılarak üretilmiştir. Bulgular incelendiğinde, 30 hastadan alınan örneklerden 4 tanesinde bakteri izole edilmemiş, 26 örnekte bakteriyel üreme gözlenmiştir. 4 örnekte anaerobik mikroorganizmalar izole edilmesine karşın, 24 örnekte aerobik ve fakültatif anaerobik mikroorganizmalar izole edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda ideal yapım ve yapıştırma yöntemleri kullanılmasına rağmen kron köprü protezleri altında aerop ve anaerop mikroorganizmaların varlığı tespit edilmiş, bulgular ilgili literatürle kıyaslanarak sonuçlar açıklanmıştır.

Cû&ol u£ML- -87- 4°MG SUMMARY The aim of this study was to determine the microbiological flora of the samples taken from the inner surfaces of the retiners after the removal of crown and bridgework restorations from the patients. For this reason, aerobic, facultative anaerobic and anaerobic bacteries and the microoganisms that can be found inside of restorations were evaluated by means of the isolation and the identification methods. Immediately after the removal of the restorations bacteriological samples were taken from 30 patients who were treated in the clinics of Prosthodontics Department of Gazi Univercity Dental Faculty. From these samples microorganisms were isolated by using the bacteriological culture methods. Isolated aerobic microorganisms were identified according to the biochemical tests and gram colorization, hemolyzis and pigmentation properties of the test samples, and also isolated anaerobic microorganisms were identified according to the rapid identification system. When the results were examined, it had been observed in samples taken from 30 patients that bacteria couldn't have been isolated in 4 of them and could have been isolated in 26. In spite of the isolation of anaerobic microorganisms in 4 of the samples, in 24 samples aerobic and facultative anaerobic microorganisms were isolated.
