As the development of technology and communication tools is growing rapidly, people are capable of attaining the data and information easily and more rapidly. Over the last few decades, for these enhancements technology is considered as a motive force. To excel the business, there should be good communication possibilities and opportunities with the client. As technology is changing rapidly, the communication ways makes client and customer connection easier and faster. Blogs are among one of the significant communicating technological style, which most of the companies adopt to communicate with their audience. Because Blogs are cheap, comprehensive and has conversational attributes. Initially blogs are used by individuals and are not so popular, unless and until companies given attention to it and use it to communicate to their audience. The objective of this analysis and study is to critically evaluation of how blogs are useful in 21st century marketing area and the benefits of web blogs for worldwide shopping website company, EBay. Among the online world, there are nearly two billion blogs, huge amount of which is exploits in business procedures. So for these reasons the significance of this analytical study can be understood. In order to gather information, author imply investigative research model and took up the quantitative analytical strategies. In addition to it, for gathering primary information an assessment was carried out to 150 bloggers. Moreover, Blogs kept customer's loyalty and hold up customer's care services and communication with the company. On the whole, according to the aims and objective of this analytical study the conclusion has been made. Once the conclusion has been made of this research, regarding the proposal were given to improve the flaws of the communicating field, EBay. Wrapping up, EBay are the most recent communicating and advertising tools for the business fields. Firms can contact their audience and keep them up to date on these online plate forms. Besides, through above mentioned online platforms, firms can easily and with the low cost, reach their targeted customers and can expand their brands.
