Özet
Mobil teknolojilerinin gelişmesi günümüzde sağlık takip sistemlerinde, farklı pencerelerin açılmasını sağlamıştır. Sürekli takip gerektiren hastalıklarda mevcut durumda hastanın hastanede bulunması gerekmektedir. Mobil teknolojiler sayesinde evde, işte, yolda vb. yerlerde hasta, sağlık verilerini üzerinde taşıyacağı mobil cihazlarla takip edilebilmektedir. Yapılan çalışma ile hasta kendi EKG grafiği, kalp atış sayısı ve vücut sıcaklığı gibi bilgileri kendisi takip edebildiği gibi, hastanın yakını ve doktoru da uzaktan takip edebilecektir. Bu tür mobil sağlık uygulamaları sağlık hizmetinin kalitesini, verimliliğini, hastanın ve refakatçinin konforunu artırırken sağlık harcamalarını da düşürecektir. Android Studio ile geliştirilen uygulama; e-Sağlık algılayıcı kalkanı destekli Arduino karttan alınan EKG ve vücut ısısı gibi sağlık verilerini Bluetooth teknolojisiyle mobil telefona aktarmaktadır. Alınan bu veriler web ortamına kaydedilmektedir. Ayrıca hastaya ait cihazdan bu veriler okunurken kritik durum oluştuğunda uygulamada kayıtlı hasta yakınına mesaj atılmaktadır.

Nowadays, with the development of mobile technology, different perspectives have occurred in the system of health tracking. With the diseases requiring continuous follow-up, in the current situation, a patient has to stay in the hospital. Thanks to mobile technologies, patients can be followed everywhere at home, at work, on road and etc. via mobile devices that patients can carry health data with them. With this study, the patients' ECG data can be monitored remotely by not only the patients themselves but also their companions and doctors. While this kind of mobile health applications increases the quality, productivity of health services, the comfort of the patient and the companion, it will decreases the cost of the health services. The application developed with Android Studio transfers health data such as body temperature and ECG which are taken from e-Health Sensor Shield aided Arduino Card to mobile phone via Bluetooth technology. The taken data are recorded on the web environment utilizing this application. Then, these data can be accessed by patients' companions or doctors and the web-based monitoring of the patients is provided. Furthermore while patients' data are being read on this device, if a critical situation happens, message is sent to patients' companion who is recorded to the system.
