Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacını, Marksist kuram bağlamında gerçekleştirilen devleti merkeze alarak yürütülen Neo-Marksist tartışmaların, bu kuramın özünü oluşturan tarihsel argümanlar ışığında eleştirel incelenmesi oluşturmaktadır. Hedeflenen bu çerçevede; İlk bölümde, Marksist devlet teorilerinin temeli kabul edilen Marks'ın eserleri; belirli bir perspektiften ve tartışmaların özünü oluşturan“sorunsallar”merkeze alınarak özgül bir çerçevede değerlendirilmiştir. İkinci bölümde, Marks sonrasından günümüzde Neo-Marksist tartışmalara uzanana değin devlet tartışmalarına katkıda bulunmuş ve tartışmaları etkilemiş önemli kuramcı, ekol ve yaklaşımların, Neo-Marksist temeli güçlendiren ve devlet tartışmalarını zenginleştiren değerlendirmeleri, sonrasındaki döneme bıraktığı bakiyenin değer içeriğiyle ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü ve son bölümde ise Neo-Markist devlet tartışmalarının üç farklı yaklaşım tarzı olarak örneklenen, değişik kaynaklardan beslenen perspektifleri, her yaklaşım tarzının ve tartışma ekseninin özgünlükleri gözetilerek ama son kertede ortak noktalarını işaret ederek eleştirel biçimde inceenmiştir.

The critical examination of the Neo-Marksist discussions carried out in the context of Marxist theory and taking the state to the center in the lights of historical arguaments that constitute the core of this theory form the purpose of this study. In this targeted framework: In the first chapter, Marx's studies, which are considered to be basis of Marxist state theories, were evaluated originally, in a specific perspective and by taking the problematic that constitutes the core of the arguaments to the center. In the second part, the evaluations of important theorists, schools and paradigms that contribute to the discussions of state from after Marx period to today's Neo-Marksist discussios and affected these discussions, that strengthen the basis of Neo-Marksizm and endriches the discusions of state is dealt with the value of the cumulation that the evaluations leave to the periods after them. In the third and the final part, the perspectives exemplified as the three different approaches of Neo Marksist discussions and fed by different approaches of Neo-Marksist state discussions and fed by dfferent sources are examined in a critical way by taking each approaches' and discussios centers' originality into consideration but pointing their common grounds in the last instance.
