Özet

Bu çalışma, yüksek lisans tezi olarak hazırlanmış olup, Nurettin Topçu'nun kültür, medeniyet, eğitim, din, sanat, devlet yönetimi, demokrasi, ahlâk ve iktisat alanlarında ortaya koyduğu sosyal sorun, sosyal durum ve sosyal olay temelli görüşlerini ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmanın kapsamı; Osmanlı Devleti'nin yıkılış sürecinde ortaya çıkan fikir akımları, Nurettin Topçu'nun düşüncelerinin oluşmasına katkı sağlayan kişiler ve Nurettin Topçu'nun aile hayatı ile Nurettin Topçu'da kültür, medeniyet, eğitim, din, sanat, devlet yönetimi, demokrasi, ahlak ve iktisat kavramlarının sosyal sorun, sosyal durum ve sosyal olaya bakan tarafından oluşmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Nurettin Topçu'nun yayınları, Nurettin Topçu hakkında yazılan makale, kitap, tez çalışmaları, literatür taraması yöntemi ile incelenmiştir. Nurettin Topçu, sosyal durumları, sosyal olayları ve sosyal sorunları açıklarken ideolojik ve siyasal dogmalardan uzak, geleceği aydınlatan anlayışla ortaya koymaktadır. Nurettin Topçu, meslekten sosyolog değildir fakat liselerde okutulmak üzere sosyoloji ders kitabı yazmış, sosyoloji bilimine yönelik kuramsal ve metodolojik açıdan katkılarda bulunmuştur. Nurettin Topçu, pozitivizm temelli Durkheim sosyolojisini de eleştirmektedir. Nurettin Topçu sosyal gerçeklik kavramını üç farklı başlık altında ele almıştır. Bunlardan ilki fertten bağımsız olan sosyal gerçeklik, ikincisi birey üzerinde tahakküm ve müeyyidesi olan sosyal gerçeklik, üçüncüsü ise fertlerin düşünüşlerini belirleyen sosyal gerçekliktir. Nurettin Topçu, Osmanlı Devleti'nin yıkılış süreciyle beraber oluşan milli kimlik problemine dikkat çeker; bu bağlamda kültürün teknik karşısında zayıflatıldığını, Amerikan tipi Batılılaşmanın toplumda yaşatıldığını savunur. Nurettin Topçu, ahlakın ve dinin birbirinden bağımsız olamayacağını ifade eder ve içtimai hayatımızda yaşanan ahlak temelli sorunları ortaya koyar. Nurettin Topçu'nun dini alanda gördüğü en temel sorun İslam dininin şekilci, dogmacı kimseler tarafından yozlaştırılarak kişilerin ya da grupların siyasi veya sosyal çıkarları doğrultusunda kullanılmasıdır. Nurettin Topçu, eğitimde yaşanan niteliksel ve niceliksel sorunları inceler ve eğitimin hayatın her alanında elzem olduğunu savunur. Kapitalizmin, komünizmin ve sosyalizmin toplumsal iktisadi yaşantımıza etkilerini inceleyen Nurettin Topçu, milli iktisat anlayışına sahiptir. Nurettin Topçu; bireyin, toplumun ve devletin birbiri ile olan münasebetini ele alır ve demokrasinin olumlu-olumsuz yönlerini sosyal gerçeklik yönüyle ortaya koyar.

This study was prepared as a postgraduate thesis and aims to reveal the social, social and social situation based opinions of Nurettin Topçu about culture, civilization, education, religion, art, government, democracy, morality and economics. Scope of the study; the movements of thought that emerged during the collapse of the Ottoman Empire, the people who contributed to the formation of Nurettin Topçu and the family life of Nurettin Topçu and Nurettin Topçu's ideas toward culture, civilization, education, religion, art, the state administration consists of the concepts of democracy, morality and economics, facing social problems, social situation and social event. In this study, literature review method is used to analyse Nurettin Topçu's publications, and articles, books, thesis studies written about Nurettin Topçu, Nurettin Topçu; social situations, social problems and social problems, it is far from ideological and political dogmas, revealing with the understanding of the future. Nurettin Topçu is not a professional sociologist but he wrote a sociology textbook to be taught in high schools and contributed theoretical and methodological aspects of sociology. Nurettin Topçu also criticizes sociology of Durkheim based on positivism. Nurettin Topçu dealt with the concept of social reality under three different headings. First of these headings is the social reality that is independent from the individual, the second is the social reality. Which has a dominance and sanction on the individual, and the third is the social reality that determines the thoughts of the individual. Nurettin Topçu draws attention to the problem of the national identity which is formed with the process of demolition of the Ottoman State. In this context, he argued that, the culture is weakened against the technique and, and he argues that American-type Westernization is maintained in society. Topçu states that morality and religion can not be independent of each other He reveals the moral-based problems that we all have in our lives. The most fundamental problem he sees in the religion is that the Islamic religion is corrupted by the dogmatic and formalistic figures and the use of religion, in the interests of political or social interests of persons or groups. Nurettin Topçu examines qualitative and quantitative problems in education and argues that education is an essential in every aspect of life. Topçu, who examines the effects of capitalism, communism and socialism on our social economic life, has an understanding of national economics. Nurettin Topçu deals with the relationship of the individual, the society and the state to each other and, reveals the positive and negative aspects of democracy in terms of social reality.
