Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı; öğretmen görüşlerine göre,“okul müdürlerinin denetim görevlerini yerine getirme düzeyleri”nin belirlenmesidir Araştırma, betimsel tarama modelinde nicel bir araştırmadır. Araştırmanın evrenini temsil edebilecek örnekleme ulaşmak için basit seçkisiz (random) örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini Siirt ili merkez ve merkeze bağlı ilçe, belde ve köylerde bulunan resmi ilkokul, ortaokul ve ortaöğretimde görev yapan 1783 (bin yedi yüz seksen üç) öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Gündüz (2015) tarafından geliştirilen okul müdürlerinin denetim görevini yerine getirme düzeylerini belirleme ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Verilerin çözümlemesi ile öğretmenlerin görüşlerine göre, okul müdürlerinin denetim görevlerini“orta”düzeyde yerine getirdikleri sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca, okul müdürlerinin öğretmen görüşlerine göre sırasıyla en yüksekten en düşüğe doğru“ fiziki mekânların denetimi ”,“öğretmeni denetleme”ve“eğitim-öğretimi denetleme”alt boyutlarında denetim görevlerini yerine getirdikleri tespit edilmiştir.

The aim of this study is to determine the level of fulfillment of the supervisory duties of the school principal according to the teachers' opinions. The research is a quantitative study in the descriptive research model. Simple random sampling method was used to obtain a sampling that could represent the population of the study. The sample of the study consists of 1783 teachers who work in the primary schools, secondary schools and high schools in the province, district and villages of the city of Siirt. In the study, the scale of determining the level of fulfillment of supervisory duties of school principals improved by Gündüz (2015) was used as data collection tool. By analyzing of the data, it was concluded that the school principals fulfilled their supervisory duties in the medium level according to the opinions of the teachers. In addition, according to the teachers' opinions, it has been determined that school principals perform their supervisory duties in sub-dimension of the supervising of the physical places at the most, then in the sub-dimension of the supervising of the teacher and finally in the sub-dimension of the supervising of the education and training.
