Özet
Gelişmiş ve gelişmekte olan ülkelerin kalkınma politikalarında tarım öncü sektör olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bu politikalarda hedeflenen amaç, üretimin, kişi başına düşen milli gelirin ve ekonominin artırılması aynı zamanda da sosyo-kültürel yapının geliştirilmesidir. Bu amaçla ülkelerin tarımsal faaliyetlerin temel gelir kaynağı olduğu kırsal alanlarda, üretimi desteklemesi ve üreticilerin sorunlarına çözüm bulması gerekmektedir. Kırsal kalkınma yerel ve potansiyel kaynakların değerlendirilmesini, doğal ve kültürel varlıkların korunmasını, kırsal toplumun yaşam koşullarının sürdürülebilir kılınmasını amaçlamaktadır. Kırsal kalkınmada hayati bir yere sahip tarım sektöründe, tarımsal üretim ve verim artışındaki en önemli faktörlerden biri tarım işleme metotlarıdır. Tarım işleme metotları toprak verimliliğini arttırmak ve üretim düzeyini maksimum noktaya çıkarmak için geliştirilmiş faaliyetlerdir. Bu metotlar, genel anlamda geleneksel tarım işleme metotları ve modern tarım işleme metotları şeklinde ayrılmakta ve farklı yetiştiricilik sistemlerinde kullanılmaktadır. Bu sistemlerden biri olan örtü altı yetiştiriciliği, son yıllarda ülkemizde hızla gelişim göstermiştir. Ülkemizin coğrafi yapısı ve iklim koşulları sektör için oldukça elverişlidir. Dolayısıyla sektörün gelişiminin tarımsal üretim artışına, bu yolla da kırsal kalkınma ve ülke ekonomisine katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir. Buradan hareketle gerçekleştirilen çalışmanın temel amacı; Burdur'un Gölhisar ilçesindeki sera işletmecilerinin demografik yapısını, seraların yapısal özelliklerini, üreticilerin yetiştiricilik ile ilgili bilgilerini, üretim alanını ve üretim miktarını aynı zamanda sektörde yaşanılan sorunları ve bu sorunların çözümlerini belirlemektir. Bu kapsamda Gölhisar ilçesinde bulunan seralar örnek alınarak mevcut üretim durumu incelenmiştir. Yapılandırılmış mülakat tekniğinden yararlanılarak elde edilen sonuçlardan hareketle konuya ilişkin önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

Agriculture emerges as a leading sector in the development policies of developed and developing countries. The aim of these policies is to change the economic and socio-cultural structure, with only the increase of production and national income per capita. For this purpose, in rural areas where agricultural activities are the main source of income, it is necessary to support production and find solutions to the problems of producers. Rural development aims at the assessment of local and potential resources, the preservation of natural and cultural assets, the sustainability of the living conditions in the rural community. One of the most important factors in the increase of agricultural production and productivity in the agricultural sector which has a vital place in rural development is agricultural processing methods. Agricultural processing methods are developed to increase soil fertility and maximize production level. These methods are generally divided into traditional agricultural processing methods and modern agricultural processing methods and used in different aquaculture systems. One of these systems, underwater cultivation, has rapidly developed in our country in recent years. The geographical structure and climatic conditions of our country are very suitable for the sector. Therefore, it is thought that the development of the sector will contribute to the increase of agricultural production and thus the rural development and the country's economy. The main objective of this study is to determine the demographic structure of the greenhouse operators in Burdur's Gölhisar district, the structural features of the greenhouses, the producers' knowledge about the agriculture, the production area and the production amount at the same time the problems experienced in the sector and the solutions of these problems. In this context, the current production of the greenhouses in Golhisar district taken by as a sample. Based on the results obtained by using the structured interview technique, some suggestions were made about the topic.
