Özet
Osmanlı Devletinde hukuki olaylarla ilgili kadıların verdikleri karar suretlerini, hüccetleri ve yargıyı ilgilendiren çeşitli yazılı kayıtları içeren defterler olarak bilinen şer'iye sicilleridir. Şer'iye sicilleri dönemin Osmanlı ailesi, toplumu ekonomisi ve hukuki birçok alanına ayna tutmaktadır. Bu sebeple "Konya'da Sosyal ve Ekonomik Hayat 1687-1688 başlıklı bu tezin ana kaynağını 34 Numaralı Konya Şer'iye Sicili oluşturmaktadır. Bu tezin konusu 1687-1688 yıllarında Konya'da sosyal siyasi ekonomik yapının incelenmesi olarak belirlenmiştir. Çalışma dört ana başlık halinde incelenmiştir. İlk başlık Sosyal hayata dair konular; Konya'da sosyal yapı ve hiyerarşi, nüfus, aile. İkinci başlık Osmanlı da idari işleyiş ve Konya'daki merkez taşra ilişkisi olarak ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde ekonomik yaşam ele alınmış, Konya şehrindeki mülk satışları, kira, vergi gibi konular incelenmiştir. Dördüncü kısımda ise hukuki işleyiş incelenmiş, kadı, miras, vasi ve vekil tayinleri incelenmiş, sosyal sorunlar ve sosyal suçların değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Bu tezin amacı, 1687-1688 yıllarında arasındaki Konya şehrinin özelliklerini belirleyerek devlet merkezi ile Konya şehri arasındaki yazışmalar, yönetilen insanların günlük yaşantıları, davaların işleyişi, davaların sonuca bağlanması gibi dönemin siyasi, hukuki ve ekonomik ilerleyişine ışık tutmak amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmanın sonunda sicilin transkripsiyonun verilmesi ile de Şer'iye sicilleri halkasına bir yenisini ekleyerek şehir tarihçiliğine katkıda bulunmak amaçlanmıştır.

In the Ottoman Empire, legal cases related to all the decisions made by the judges, judges and jurisprudence related to the book with various written records are known as the registers. The Şer'iye registers mirror the Ottoman family, society and economy and many legal fields of the period. For this reason, the main source of this thesis, Ekonomik Social and Economic Life 1687-1688 in Konya, is the Konya Şer'iye Register of number 34. The subject of this thesis is the study of social political economic structure in Konya between 1687-1688. The study was examined in four main headings. The first topic Issues related to social life; Social structure and hierarchy in Konya, population, family. The second title is considered as the administrative relationship in the Ottoman Empire and the central provincial relationship in Konya. In the third chapter, economic life is discussed and property sales, rent, tax in Konya are examined. In the fourth chapter, legal process has been examined, and women, inheritance, guardianship and proxy appointments are examined and social problems and social crimes are evaluated. The aim of this thesis is to shed light on the political, legal and economic progress of the period such as the correspondence between the state center and the city of Konya by determining the characteristics of the city of Konya between the years of 1687-1688, the functioning of the state, the daily life of the ruled people, the operation of the cases, the conclusion of the cases. with the issuance of the transcription of the record, it is aimed to contribute to the historiography of the city by adding a new one to the Şer'iye registry ring.
