Özet
Randomize kontrollü ön test- son test düzeninde yarı deneysel olarak yapılan bu araştırmada, Roy adaptasyon modeline göre verilen eğitimin hipertansiyonlu bireylerde tıbbi tedaviye ve fizyolojik, psikolojik ve sosyal olarak hastalığa uyumuna etkisini saptamak amaçlanmıştır. Bu araştırma Fırat Üniversitesi Hastanesinde, Ocak- Haziran 2018 tarihleri arasında gerçekleştirildi. Araştırmanın evrenini, 68 hipertansiyon tanısına sahip birey oluşturdu. Örneklemi ise 30'u deney, 30'u kontrol grubu olmak üzere toplam 60 hipertansiyonlu birey oluşturdu. Araştırmada veriler; Hasta Bilgi Formu, Tıbbi Tedaviye Uyum Oranı Ölçeği, Hastalığa Psikososyal Uyum-Öz Bildirim Ölçeği ile toplandı. Deney grubundaki bireylere Roy Adaptasyon Modeli doğrultusunda araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan“Hipertansiyon Eğitim Kitapçığı”kullanılarak eğitim verildi. Araştırmanın verileri Mann Whitney U testi, Wilcoxon testi ve Ki-kare testi ile değerlendirildi. Deney grubundaki hastaların son test ölçümlerinde tıbbi tedaviye uyumlarının arttığı (p<0,05), ancak kontrol grubundaki bireylerin ise tıbbi tedaviye uyumlarında bir değişiklik olmadığı belirlendi. Deney grubundaki hastaların son test toplam PAIS-SR ve tüm PAIS-SR alt bileşen puan ortalamalarında anlamlı düşüş olduğu (p<0,05), buna karşın kontrol grubunda son test toplam PAIS-SR ve tüm PAIS-SR alt bileşen puan ortalamalarında bir değişiklik olmadığı saptandı. Roy Adaptasyon Modeli'ne göre verilen eğitimin hipertansiyonlu bireylerin tıbbi tedaviye ve hastalığa uyumunu arttırdığı sonucuna varıldı.

In this randomized controlled pre-test and post-test quasi-experimental study, it was aimed to determine the effect of the education given according to Roy adaptation model on medical treatment and physiological, psychological and social adaptation to disease in hypertensive individuals. This research was carried out in Fırat University Hospital between January-June 2018. The population of the study consisted of 68 individuals with hypertension diagnosis. The sample consisted of 60 hypertensive individuals, 30 of whom were experimental and 30 were the control group. The data in the research; Patient Information Form, Medical Compliance Rate Scale and Psychosocial Compliance-Self-Report Scale were collected. The individuals in the experimental group were trained using the ''Hypertension Training Booklet'' prepared by the researcher in accordance with the Roy Adaptation Model. Data were analyzed with Mann Whitney U test, Wilcoxon test and Chi-square test. It was determined that the compliance of the patients in the experimental group to the medical treatment increased in the posttest measurements (p <0.05), but the changes in the compliance of the patients in the control group to the medical treatment did not change. There was a significant decrease in mean PAIS-SR and all PAIS-SR subcomponent scores of the post-test patients in the experimental group (p <0.05), but In the control group, there was no change in the mean scores of post-test total PAIS-SR and all PAIS-SR subcomponents. It was concluded that the training given according to Roy Adaptation Model increased the adaptation of hypertensive individuals to medical treatment and disease.
