Özet
Son yıllarda İstanbul'da inşaat uygulamaları artarak devam etmektedir. Kentsel dönüşüm sürecinin etkisiyle, konut arzındaki hacim yıldan yıla büyümektedir. Bu artışlara bağlantılı olarak yeni üretilmiş konutlara olan talep de artmaktadır. Kentsel dönüşüm bina yenileme uygulamalarının en önemli ve yoğun olarak uygulandığı bölgelerden bir tanesi İstanbul/Fenerbahçe bölgesidir. Dönüşen konutlarda, inşaat firmalarının farklılıklarını ortaya koymak adına, cephe etütleri sonrasında cephe tasarımlarında, belirli bir üslup ve tarz tercih etmek yerine yeni bir tasarım dili türetmek çabası içinde oldukları gözlemlenmektedir. Bu çabanın bir sonucu olarak, bazı yeni dönüşen konutların da cephe tasarımlarında biçimsel karmaşıklık gözlemlenmektedir. Bu nedenle günümüz inşaat teknolojisi ve malzeme seçenekleri büyük gelişim göstermiş ve çeşitlilik artmıştır. Bu çeşitlilik konut cephelerinin tasarımlarına da yansımıştır. Cephe tasarımlarında binanın dışarıdan görüntüsüne yönelik içeriğinde açıklanabilen niteliklerin dışında farklı unsurlar donatılmıştır. Bu çalışma içeriğinde cephe tasarımı bağlamında renk, doku, biçim, gibi konular, cephelerin görselleri incelenerek değerlendirilecek ve İstanbul/Fenerbahçe bölgesinde, aynı sokakta bulunan, yenilenmiş 3 adet çok katlı konut yapısı ele alınmaktadır. Üretilen konutların cephe tasarımları incelenerek, çağdaş temel mimari tasarım ilkeleri bağlamında eleştirel bir yaklaşım ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır.

In recent years, construction applications in Istanbul have continued to increase. With the impact of the urban transformation process, the volume of housing supply is growing from year to year. In connection with these increases, the demand for newly manufactured houses is increasing. One of the most important and dense areas of urban renewal is the Istanbul / Fenerbahçe region. In order to reveal the differences of the construction companies in the converted houses, it is observed that they are in an effort to create a new design language instead of choosing a specific style and style in the facade designs after the front studies. As a result of this effort, some new transforming houses have formal complexity in their façade designs. For this reason, today's construction technology and material options have shown great development and diversity has increased. This diversity is also reflected in the design of residential facades. The facade designs are equipped with different elements besides the qualities that can be explained in the content of the building. In this study, in the context of facade design, color, texture, form, subjects such as the facade will be evaluated by examining the visuals and in the Istanbul / Fenerbahce region, in the same street, renovated 3 multi-storey housing structure is addressed. The aim of this course is to present a critical approach in the context of contemporary basic architectural design principles.
