Özet
Bu araştırmada Süleymaniye Kütüphanesinde bulunan Sultan I. Ahmed koleksiyonuna ait 00008 ve 00025 envanter numaralı iki adet Kur'an-ı Kerim kitap sanatları bakımından ele alınarak incelenmiştir. Tez üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde kitap sanatları hakkında bilgiler ve tarihsel gelişim sürecine değinilmiştir. İkinci bölümde el yazmalarının hazırlanışı, konuları, Kur'an-ı Kerim bezemeciliği ve Kur'an-ı Kerim'lerde bulunan tezhipli kısımlar hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde Süleymaniye kütüphanesinde bulunan Sultan I. Ahmed Koleksiyonu'na ait 00008 ve 00025 envanter numaralı iki adet Kur'an-ı Kerim kitap sanatları bakımından incelenmiş, sanat, üslûp, desen, motif ve renk açısından ele alınarak değerlendirilmiştir.

In this study, it is intended to focus upon two hand-written Quran with the inventory number 00008 and 00025 belonging to the Sultan Ahmed I collection in the library of Suleymaniye in the context of book arts This thesis has three chapters; the first chapter consists of information about book arts and its historical development. In the second chapter, the preparation process of hand-written books, their subjects, the ornamentation of Holy Qur'an Books and the illuminated parts of the Holy Qur'an Books are studied. In the third chapter, two hand-written Holy Qur'an with the inventory number 00008 and 00025 belonging to the Sultan Ahmed I collection in the library of Suleymaniye is analyzed in the context of book arts and evaluated from the point of art, style, pattern, motif and color.
