Özet
öz Günümüzde global sorunların en etkililerinden biri olarak ortaya çıkan çevresel sorunlar çok yönlü doğala rından dolayı kesin şekilde tanımlanma konusunda bazı zorluklar sunarlar. Bu sorunları inceleyen bir çalışma farklı disiplinleri içerecek geniş ve birleştirici bir çalışma olmalıdır. Çevresel sorunlar ekonomik, toplumsal, kültürel ve teknolojik bileşenlerin ortak etkisinin zaman içinde or taya çıkan bir ürünüdür. Bundan dolayı bir çözüm yaklaşımı veya hatta bir tanımlama girişimi tüm bu öğeleri gözönüne almak zorundadır. Çevresel sorunların büyük ölçüde ekonomik eylemlerin bir sonucu olmasına karşın, halen etkilenen çevreyi üretim sürecinde gözönüne almayan geleneksel ekonomi baskınlığım sürdürmektedir. Buna karşın ekonomik eylemin çevresel sınırlarını araştıran ekolojik bir ekonomi bilimi henüz kuramsal kuruluş aşamasındadır. Ekolojik ve bütüncül bir çevre algısından kaynaklanan çevreci düşünce bugün artık bir politik hareket olarak gelişmektedir, ve eğer gelişmesini sağlam temeller üzerine oturtabilirse yeni bir politik sistem sağlama potansiye-line sahiptir. ABSTRACT (Analysis of the Relations of Human-Culture and Nature in Terms of the Protection of Nature) Environmental imperative, which is one of the most effective global problems of today, present some dif ficulties in defining because of its multi lateral structure. A study which is aiming to analyse this problems, therefore, must be a multidiscipliner, wide and synthetic. Environmental problems emerge in time as a product of economical, sociological, cultural and technological compounds. Therefore, a solution approach or even a defining approach must account all of this elements. Environmental problems are mostly emerges as a result of economic activities. On the one hand traditional economics which excludes the environmental component is still overpowering in real life. But on the other, environmental economics which is oriented towards the ecological constraints of economic activities is being newly developed. Environmentalist thought which stems from an ecological and holistic perception of environmet is evolving as a political movement today and if it can be managed to develop on a sound base it may has the potential to provide a third way to the ideological duality of contemporary world.
