Özet
Artık kurumlar için bilginin sadece saklanması değil, elde edilen bilgilerin yönetilmesi, kullanılması ve kurum amaçları doğrultusunda anlamlandırılması da önemli hale gelmiştir. Uluslararası standartlar ve modeller ise bu süreçlerin etkin ve sistematik bir şekilde yönetilmesini amaçlamakta, bilişim araçlarının yanı sıra kurum kültürü, stratejik yapısı, insan faktörü gibi unsurlar da yer almaktadır. Bu çalışmada bir kamu kurumunda görev yapan personelin kullanmakta oldukları kurumsal içerik yönetim sistemlerine dair görüşleri, ISO standartları ve kurumsal içerik yönetim modelleri incelenmiş, içerik yönetim sistemleri ile ilgili beklentilerinde, sistemlerin tek bir sistem üzerinden bütünleşik olarak yapılandırılması ve çalışanların ihtiyaçlarına yönelik tasarlanması gibi gereklilikler ön plana çıkmıştır. Çalışanların ihtiyaçları genel olarak etkin dokümantasyon yönetimi, iş takibi ve raporlama ile kurumsal iletişimi sağlayan sistemler olarak belirlenmiştir.

It is now important for organizations not only to save information, but also to manage, use and make sense of the information obtained for the purposes of the organization. International standards and models aim to manage these processes in an effective and systematic way, as well as information tools, corporate culture, strategic structure, factors such as human factors. In this study, the opinions of the personnel working in a public institution about the corporate content management systems they are using, ISO standards and corporate content management models are examined, the expectations related to content management systems, the requirements of the systems such as integrated configuration of the systems on a single system and designing for the needs of the employees come to the forefront. The needs of the employees are generally defined as systems that provide effective documentation management, job tracking and reporting and corporate communication.
