Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, Yerel yönetimlere ait spor tesislerine üye olan bireylerin müşteri memnuniyetini etkileyen faktörlerin çeşitli değişkenler açısından incelenmesidir. Araştırmaya Konya ili Karatay, Meram ve Selçuklu belediyelerine ait spor tesislerine üye olan 611 gönüllü katılmıştır. Çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak Sevilmiş (2015)'in geliştirdiği“Spor İşletmeleri Müşteri Memnuniyeti Ölçeği”alt ölçekleri kullanılmıştır. Veri toplama ve tanımlama işlemleri sonrasında yapılan normallik analizi ile parametrik testlerde ikili grup karşılaşmaları için bağımsız gruplar t testi, üç ve daha fazlası gruplar için tek yönlü varyans analizi testi veri setine uygulanmıştır. Çalışmanın sonucunda cinsiyete göre tüm alt boyutlarda kadınlar lehine, katıldığı ilçe tesisi değişkenine göre tüm alt boyutlarda Karatay belediyesi lehine, tesisi kullanma süresi değişkenine göre yönetim ve çalışma ortamının niteliği alt boyutlarında 1 yıldan az süredir devamlılık gösterenler lehine, eğitim durumu değişkenine göre spor eğitmenlerinin niteliği alt boyutunda ilköğretim ve lise mezunları lehine istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık bulunurken, yaşa göre değerlendirmede herhangi bir farklılık tespit edilmemiştir. Ölçeğin güvenirlilik katsayısı .98 olarak belirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak bireylerin tesislere yönelik memnuniyet algılarını belirleyen en önemli faktörler“spor eğitmenlerinin niteliği”,“yönetim”ve“hizmetler”olarak belirlenmiştir.

The aim of this study is to investigate the factors affecting customer satisfaction of individuals who are members of sports facilities of local administrations in terms of various variables. 611 volunteers who are members of sports facilities of Karatay, Meram and Selçuklu municipalities of Konya participated in the study. In the study,“Sports Facilities Customer Satisfaction Scale”subscales developed by Sevilmis (2015) were used as data collection tools. After the data collection and identification procedures, normality analysis and parametric tests were applied to independent groups t test for paired group encounters, and one-way analysis of variance test for three and more groups. As a result of the study, in favor of women in all sub-dimensions according to gender, in favor of Karatay municipality in all sub-dimensions according to district facility variable, in terms of use of facility variable in terms of quality of management and working environment sub-dimensions in favor of those who have been in continuity for less than 1 year, the quality of sports instructors While there is a statistically significant difference in favor of primary and high school graduates in the dimension, there was no difference in the assessment by age. The reliability coefficient of the scale was .98. As a result, the most important factors that determine individuals' perception of satisfaction with the facilities are tesis quality of sports trainers“,”management“and”services..
