Özet
Bu çalışmada yapay zekâ ve robotlarla ilgili olarak, fikri ve sınai mülkiyet hakları mevzuatının eksikliklerinin belirlenmesi ve mevzuatın bu kapsamda güncellenmesine ilişkin öneriler geliştirilmesi hedeflenmiştir. Yapay zekâ kavramını her geçen gün daha fazla duymaktayız ve gelişen yapay zekâ teknolojilerinin yaygınlaşması ile yapay zekâ hayatımızda daha fazla yer almaktadır. Bununla beraber yapay zekâ ürünlerinin doğuracağı hukuki süreçlere ilişkin mevzuatın geliştirilmesine duyulan gereksinim de artmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, yapay zekânın ve robotların, şiir yazması, resim yapabilmesi, müzik eseri oluşturması gibi doğacak hak sahipliği konusunda mevzuat açısından ortaya çıkabilecek potansiyel durumlar göz önünde bulundurularak, robotların cezai sorumlulukların neler olabileceğine dair saha araştırması yapılmıştır.

As we are more and more subjected to the concept of Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Robotics through the media, and AI takes a more prominent place in our daily lives it becomes vital to consider, explore and make recommendations on the legal aspects of the issue. Specifically, we need to emphasize shortcomings of legislations regarding intellectual and industrial property ownership. Considering that AI application and robots are able to write poetry, invent new products, paint, create music and learn, speak or even create new languages it becomes more crucial to consider current legislations. It is the subject of this study to research, to explore and to reveal the relevance of ownership and responsibility related issues under existing law.
