Özet
Heykelde dramatik imgelerin figüre yansıması her üslup evresinde, her sanatsal akımda ve her sanatçıda farklılıklar gösterir. Sanat yapıtı ortaya çıktığı dönemin özelliklerini yansıtır. Klasik-natüralist dönemde, gerçekliğin gerekleriyle kompozisyonun gereklerini birleştirme kaygısı başat bir öge olmuştur. Empresyonizmden beri süregelen modern sanat akımları içerisinde ise heykelin zaman, uzay, boşluk gibi yeni boyutlar kazanması ile biçimleme anlayışı bütünüyle değişerek daha soyut bir biçim almıştır. Bilimdeki, teknolojideki, ekonomideki, düşün alanındaki ilerlemeler sanata koşut olarak değişmiş, heykel plastiği de bu bağlamda yeni boyutlar yeni anlamlar kazanmıştır. Bu ilerlemeler yabancılaşma, yozlaşma gibi sorunları da beraberinde getirmiştir. Korkular, acılar, yıkımlar her çağda olduğu gibi bu çağda da yaşanmaktadır. Heykel sanatçısı içselleştirdiği bu sorunları ya da etkilendiği olayları plastik bir iç hesaplaşmayla aktarmaktadır.

The reflection of dramatik imaginations in sculpture display differentiations with regard to artist, phase of form and each movement. Work of art reflects the main future of period in which it occurs. The anxiety to unify the requirements of realism wiht that composition has been main element in Clasists-naturalist period. On the other hand, strting wiht the Empresionims, the sculpture has achieved new dimensions such as time, space and emptiness, within the modern art movements. Idence, depending on this achievements, form understanding of sculpture has changed as a whole and taken a more abstrat form. Advancement in the field of science, technology, economics and pliiosopy have changed in accordance with art, and in this context, the plastic of sculpture has been undergone a new direction. However, it can be said that, these advancement have brought about more insurmountable problems like alienation, degeneration. We are in an age where pains, apprehension and demolitions still exist as it was in history. Idence, it would not wrong to state that these problems, which are introverted and event which are having storng effect, are reflected by sculpture artists in the way of plastic introspection.
