Özet
Z Kuşağı kavramı pek çok araştırmacının ilgisini çeken bir konu olmuştur. Dünyada yaşanan gelişmelerle birlikte Z Kuşak nesillerin sosyal medyaya olan bağlılıkları gün geçtikçe artmıştır. Bu nesillerin sosyal medya kullanımlarının performanslarına etkisi vardır. Bu performansın arttırılması, çalışanların etik değerler üzerine etkisi olduğu yapılan çalışmalar sonucu ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu çalışmada kuşak kavramı, kuşak türleri ve özellikle Z Kuşağı'nın sosyal medya kullanımıyla işletme performansı ve etik değerlere etkileri üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu kapsamda; birinci bölümde kuşak kavramı, kuşak çeşitleri, kuşağın genel özellikleri, teknolojinin Z Kuşağı ve iş yaşamına etkileri, ikinci bölümde sosyal medya kavramı, kullanımı, geçmişi, sosyal medya çeşitleri, topluma etkileri, sosyal medyanın olumlu ve olumsuz yönleri, performans kavramı, etik kavramı ve performansı etkileyen unsurlar, üçüncü bölümde ise Cam sektöründe sosyal medya kullanımın işletme performansına ve etik değerlere etkisine yönelik çalışanlar üzerinde yapılan anket araştırmasının bulgularına, yorumlarına ve araştırmayla ilgili sonuç ve önerilere yer verilmiştir. Araştırma esnasında anket yöntemi kullanılmıştır.

The Z Generation concept has been the subject of many researchers. With the developments in the world, the generations of the generations of social generations have increased day by day. These generations have an impact on their social media usage performance. Increasing this performance is the result of studies that have an effect on the ethical values of employees. In this study, the concept of generations, generations of generations and especially the use of social media on the use of social media and their effects on business performance and ethical values are emphasized. In this context; the concept of generation in the first section, types of generations, generic characteristics of the generation, the Z Generation of technology and its effects on business life, the second part of the social media concept, use, history, social media types, the effects of the society, the positive and negative aspects of social media, the concept of performance, the concept of ethics and In the third part, the findings of the survey survey on the employees' impact on the business performance and ethical values, their comments and the results and suggestions related to the research are given. Survey method was used during the research.
