Özet
İslâm alimleri Kur'an tebliğinin iyi anlaşılması için, bugün bizim“Usûlul-Fıkh”veya“Hukuk Metodolojisi”dediğimiz birtakım kural ve prensipler ortaya koymuşlardır. Tabiûn döneminden sonra tedvin edilmeye başlanan bu ilim, zamanla daha da sistemleştirilerek, müçtehidlerin Kur'an'a yaklaşanlarını ve ona bakış açılarını ortaya koymuştur. Bu ilim Kitap ve Sünnetten ibaret yazılı ve değişmez iki temel kaynak ile, durmadan akıp giden hayatın getirdiği yeni olay ve problemler arasında bir ilişki kurma ve yeni çözümler üretme imkanını sağlamıştır. Nasların nasıl doğru anlaşılacağı, yeni olaylar karşısında nasıl bir yol izleneceği ancak bu ilim sayesinde öğrenilebilir. Dolayısıyla bütün müçtehidler, nasslardan hüküm istinbat etmeye vasıta olan metod ve kuralları ortaya koyan usûl ilmine çok önem vermişlerdir. Bu nedenle fâkih ve müfessirlerin birçoğu, özellikle ahkâm tefsiri yazanlar. Fıkıh Usûlü konusunda eserler vermişlerdir. İşte Râzî de bu kervana katılarak, önce“el-MahsûFu kaleme almış ve bu eserinde ortaya koyduğu metodolojisini, çalışmamızda verdiğimiz örneklerde de görüleceği üzere, Mefatihu'1-Gayb isimli tefsirinde zorlanmadan uygulama fırsatını bulmuştur. Müfessirimiz, özellikle ahkâm ayetlerinde lafızların iyi anlaşılması ve sonuçta kastedilen mananın ortaya çıkması için usûl kuralları uygulamasına büyük önem vermiş, dolayısıyla derin lafzı ve mantıkî yorumlar yapmıştır. Hüküm çıkarmak amacıyla ayetlerde geçen bazı kelimeleri, Arap dilinin inceliklerini de göz önüne alarak, ”hâss, âmm, hakikat, mecaz, müşterek, muhkem, müteşabih ve mücmel“ gibi kısımlara ayırarak, bunların her birine, bir zenginlik ve açılım ifade etmek üzere, ayrı ayrı manalar vermiştir. Bu çalışmamızı okuyanlar onun ayrıca, ”tearuz, nesh, tercih, te'vü ve lafızların manaya delâleti" gibi konulara da, yer verdiğini ve ilginç tesbitler yaptığım müşahade ederler. Ayrıca RâzTnin usûl ile ilgili görüşleriyle, tefsirindeki uygulamaları arasında bir iki istisna hariç tam bir ahenk mutabakatın mevcut olduğu da kendiliğinden ortaya çıkar.

“A Study on Razi's Methodology of Tafsir”Islamic scholars established some rules and principles called“Usulu'i- Fikh”or“Methodology of Law”in order that the message of Koran could clearly and deeply be understood. This methodology, compiled and codified during the time of Tabiin (followers of the prophet) and systematized later, presents several approaches and points of view laid by the expounders of Islamic law. By this methodology, it became possible for the scholars to detect and study the connection between two basic and immutable sources of Islam (the Script and hadith) and the new circumstances and situations which people experience in the course of their lives. It was only by this methodology that we are able to understant how to comprehend and comment the dogmatic principles and how to get oriented with new conditions. That is the reason why Islamic scholars have always placed emphasis on this methodology in deducing assertions and judgements from the Islamic dogmas. This is also the reason why the commentators of Koran and the experts of Islamic law, paticularly those who produced works on the commentaries of Koran, put emphasis on working on the methodology. Razi, who was one of the prominent scholars of Islamic law, wrote a book of methodology titled“El-Mahsul”and was able to employ his original method in his famous Tafsir. He particularly put emphasis on the rules and principles of commentary of Koran so as to understand both the letter and the spirit of the verses of Koran. Razi classified the words used in Koranic verses into categories such as hass (particular), âmm (general), hakikat (realistic), mecaz (methaphoric), müşterek (collective), muhkem (well-aimed-exact). müteşahih (ambigious) and mücmel (synopsis) and attributed significance to each of them taking the special features of the Arabic language. In the present study, one can also observe that Razi was concerned withVIII some important concepts as tearuz (priority), tevil (forced interpretation) and denotations of Koranic words and thus reached very interesting conclusions. Moreover, it becomes clear that there is a perfect harmony and conformity between his views or methods of commentary of Koran and his method employed in his tafsir, except some minor exceptions.
