Özet
Tarih boyunca Kur'an-ı Kerim, bilimsel, retorik, dilsel, psikolojik, tarihsel ve Gaybi icaz başlıkları altında birçok araştırma ve incelemeye konu olmuştur. Söz konusu çalışmamızda ise, Dr. Muhammed Ratib al-Nabulsi'nin bilimsel tefsire karşı tutumu ve metodolijisi ele alınarak incelenmiştir. Bu tezin başlığı Bilimsel Tefsir Açısından Nabulsî'nin Tefsirinin Değerlendirmesi olup giriş ve üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölümde Nabulsi'ni hayatına, ailesine, çalışmalarına, eğitimine, hocalarına, öğrencilerine değinildikten sonra konuyla bağlantısı nedeniyle Suriye içinde ve dışında, medyada veya fiili olarak yürüttüğü dersleri ve faaliyetleri hakkında genel bilgi verildi. İkinci bölümde, Kur'an'ın bilimsel tefsirinin tanımsal çerçevesine değinildikten sonra söz konusu tefsir dalının sınırı, ilkeleri, kabul ve red edenlerin görüşleri delilleri ile birlikte zikredilmiştir. Üçüncü ve son bölüme gelince; fizik, kimya, yer bilimi, astronomi, tıp, biyoloji olmak üzere mevzubahis bilimlerin, bilimsel tefsirle ilişkisi örnekler üzerinden ele alınarak incelenmiştir. Daha sonra modern ve klasik dönem bilimsel tefsirleri metodolojik açında karşılaştırılmıştır. Akabinde ilmi tefsirin problemlerine değinilmiştir. Sonuç kısmında, çalışma boyunca varılan kanaatler değerlendirilmiştir. Bu alanda çalışma yapacak olan araştırmacılara tavsiye ve önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

The Holy Qur'an is full of many researches and studies about its rhetorical, linguistic, psychological, historical, legislative and hidden (unknown), including the scientific: In the course of this research, the researcher discussed the scientific aspect of Dr. Muhammad Ratib al-Nabulsi, who dealt with it in his interpretation and some of his books, and mentioned many discussions in various aspects of science. The research method required that the thesis be a summary and introduction and three sections and a conclusion. In the first section, the researcher sheds light on the biography of Nabulsi, his life, his family, and his works, and about his scientific career, which includes his education, his sheikhs, students, and his books and an overview of his activities in spreading Islam inside and outside Syria, in addition to his appearance in the media, as well as his social life. In section two we dealt with the introductory and theoretical frameworks related to this type of interpretation, as it provides a brief overview of the concept of scientific interpretation or the scientific miraculousness of the Holy Qur'an and its importance with an evaluation of what has been mentioned above. As for the third and final section, the researcher presented examples of the scientific or miraculous interpretation of the Holy Qur'an, as this included some examples from sciences such as physics, chemistry, earth science, astronomy, medicine, the biosphere of the earth, and he touched upon each science briefly with mention of examples. Then he made a comparison between it and some of the interpretation of the former and some commentators who spoke scientific interpretation in the modern era, with some of what some linguists said, after which some specific points were discussed in each example, after which the researcher mentioned the scientific interpretation and its problems and the opinions of some scholars opposed to the scientific interpretation of the Holy Qur'an in addition to the reasons for their rejection this method. The conclusion included the most important findings of the researcher, while mentioning the important recommendations in this field.
