Carbon cycle is one of the main requirements of life. Soil organic carbon is one of the parts of carbon cycle which occurs storing death part of animals and plants because of rotting them. Organic carbon goes into the soil layer after rotting process and becomes valuable resource for the efficient planting and farming processes. Soil organic carbon has different structure which are scale of particles, content of carbon, turnover time and disintegration time. The more soil organic carbon means that the more health and trustable soil environment and it allows farmers to do farming applications safely and more productive. Soil is store for the atmospheric carbon at the same time. Soil acts as huge carbon storage place by keeping and absorbing carbon from atmosphere and keeps it its own body by using plants. Scientist said that human population will reach 9 billion next three decades and people will strive for food and sanitation. In order to feed all people all around the world producers must grow more food. However, there are many obstacles for the reach these purposes. One of these obstacles is changes of the land use. Growing number of human population require more accommodations and people use and ruins agricultural fields for it. Reduce in coverage of agricultural fields put intensive stress to farmers and fields and it brakes its natural developing process. Beside land use changes, deforestation and chemical application give huge damage to the agricultural areas. In order to solve all these problems examining and putting wise diagnosis have very importance. One the these diagnosis is that understanding and developing soil carbon dynamics especially tropical and subtropical agricultural lands. This research focussed on relationship between soil and climate, soil carbon dynamics, soil carbon uptake and loss and the other important issues for the achievable and sustainable farming applications.
