Özet
Son yıllarda küreselleşmenin etkisiyle dünya ekonomilerinde değişen rekabet anlayışında yüksek teknoloji ürün ihracatı önemli bir konumdadır. Ülkelerin değişen rekabet şartlarında yer edinebilmek adına yaptıkları Ar-ge faaliyetlerine olan eğilim artış göstermektedir. Ar-ge faaliyetleriyle ortaya çıkan inovasyonların da ticari başarılara dönüştürülmesiyle iktisadi büyümeye etki etmektedir. Ar-ge ve inovasyon faaliyetleri teknolojik gelişmeler ve ihracat performanslarında artış sağlamaktadır. Ar-ge ve inovasyon faaliyetlerinin yüksek teknoloji ürün ihracatı ve ekonomik büyümeye ilişkin etkileri merak konusu olmaktadır. Bu çalışmada verisine ulaşılabilen yükselen piyasa ekonomilerinden 7 ülkenin (Arjantin, Bulgaristan, Çin, Polonya, Romanya, Rusya ve Türkiye) 2007-2017 dönemine ait verileriyle yüksek teknoloji ürün ihracatı üzerindeki etkisi ortaya koyulmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu ilişkinin analiz edilebilmesinde yöntem olarak panel veri analiz yöntemlerinden sabit ve tesadüfi etkiler modellerinden yararlanılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonucunda, Ar-ge ve inovasyon ile yüksek teknoloji ürün ihracatı arasında pozitif ve anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

High technology product exports have an important place in the understanding of competition that has changed in the world economies with the effect of globalization in recent years. The trend towards R&D activities of countries is increasing in order to gain a place in changing competition conditions. Economic growth is also affected by transforming the innovations that arise through R&D activities into commercial success. R&D and innovation activities support the increasing of technological developments and export performances. The effects of R&D and innovation activities on high technology product exports and economic growth are a matter of curiosity. In this study, it has been reveal the effect on high technology product exports with the data 2007-2017 of 7 emerging market economies whose data is available (Argentina, Bulgaria, China, Poland, Romania, Russia and Turkey). In analyzing this relationship, from panel data analysis methods, fixed and random effects models were used. As a result of the study, it has been determined that there is a positive and significant relationship between R&D and innovation and high technology product exports.
