Özet
Dünyada en fazla kullanılan tarımsal mücadele yöntemleri, kimyasal yöntemlerdir. Kimyasal mücadelenin temelinde pestisit olan sentetik zirai maddeler vardır. Bu projede A. leptodactylus'un strobilurinler grubu insektisitlerden Trifloksistrobin'in ticari formunun toksik etkilerinin çeşitli biyokimyasal belirteçler (malondialdehit (MDA), süperoksit düsmütaz (SOD), glutatyon peroksidaz (GSH-Px) ve glutatyon (GSH)) kullanılarak değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır.

The most widely used methods of agricultural control in the world are chemical methods. On the basis of the chemical struggle, there are synthetic agricultural substances that are pesticides. The aim of this project is to evaluate the toxic effects of commercial form of Trifloksistrobin from the strobilurines group insecticides of A. leptodactylus by using various biochemical markers (malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide precipitated (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and glutathione (GSH).
