Özet
Bu çalışma, sınıf öğretmenlerinin beden eğitimi ve spor dersinde karşılaştıkları problemlerin araştırılması amacı ile yapılmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Afyonkarahisar il Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğüne bağlı merkez okullarda görev yapan sınıf öğretmenlerine beden eğitimi dersinde karşılaştıkları fiziki, uygumla, formasyon ve önemseme ile ilgili problemlere yönelik ölçek uygulanmıştır. Toplanan bu ölçekler Spss 22.0 paket programından yararlanılarak çözümleme aşaması gerçekleşmiştir. İstatistiksel anlamlılık için p<0.05 anlamlılık düzeyi seçilmiştir. Sonuç olarak bu araştırmada; sınıf öğretmenlerinin, beden eğitimi ve spor dersleriyle ilgili fiziksel şartlarda ciddi problemler yaşadığı ortaya çıkmıştır. Afyonkarahisar'da bulunan ilköğretim birinci kademedeki okullarda tesis ve malzeme yetersizliği öğretmenlerin birincil sorunu olarak araştırmamızda karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Uygulama problemlerine bakıldığında ise sınıf öğretmenlerinin ders saattelerinin fazla olması ve okul idaresinin yeterince beden eğitimi dersleri için öğretmenlere destek vermedikleri araştırma sonucunda ortaya çıkmıştır. Ayrıca öğretmenler bu dersin daha iyi işlenebilmesi için alana yönelik özel eğitimlerin alınması gerektiğinide belirmişlerdir. Formasyon boyutları incelendiğinde ise öğretmenlerin birçoğunun bu dersin amaç ve ilişkilerini bilmedikleri aynı zamanda beden eğitimi alanında kendilerini yeterli bulmadıklarını, lisans döneminde aldıkları derslerin bu dersi işlemede yeterli olmadığı yönünde görüş bildirmişlerdir. Sınıf öğretmenlerinin uygulamaya yönelik çok fazla problemle karşılaşmadığı ortaya çıkarılmış olup öğretmenlerin ortak görüşü ise beden eğitimi derslerine beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin girmesi gerektiği yönünde olmuştur. Okullarımızda tesis, araç-gereçlerin yetersiz veya eskik olması, sınıf öğretmenlerinin beden eğitimi ve spor dersi ile ilgili bilgi ve formasyon yeterliliklerinin dersin işlenmesi ve beden eğitimi dersinin verimliliği açısından sorun yaratması, bu sebeblerden kaynaklı uygulama ve önemseme problemleri tespit edilen bazı sorunlar arasında olduğu ortaya çıkarılmıştır. This study was conducted to investigate the problems faced by classroom teachers in physical education and sports lessons. For this purpose, a questionnaire was given to classroom teachers working in schools within the Afyonkarahisar Central Provincial Directorate of National Education regarding the problems they encountered in physical education lessons. The analysis phase of these collected surveys was conducted by using the Spss package program. p <0.05 was chosen as statistical significance level. As a result of this research,it has been revealed that classroom teachers face serious problems with physical conditions related to physical education and sports lessons. In our study,the main problem of primary education teachersat primary schools in Afyonkarahisar is the lack of facilities and materials. Considering the problems of practical lessons, as a result of the research it was found out that the classroom teachers have too many hours and the schools administrations do not support teachers with physical education lessons. In addition, the teachers stated that in order to give this lesson more efficiently, it is necessary to receive special training in the field. When the dimensions of the formation are examined, most of the teachers stated that they do not know the aims and relationships of this lesson, and that they do not find themselves competent in the field of physical education, and that the courses they have taken in their undergraduate period are not sufficient to teach this course. It was revealed that classroom teachers did not encounter many problems regarding teaching lessons, and the common opinion of teachers was that physical education teachers should give physical education lessons. It has been revealed that theinadequacy of facilities and outdatedequipment, the lack of knowledge and insufficientpedagogical competency of classroom teachers cause problems in terms of the teaching and the efficiency of the physical education lesson.
