Özet
Bu çalışmada Soruşturma aşamasında Cumhuriyet Savcısının görev ve yetkileri konusu incelenmiştir. Birinci bölümde; Cumhuriyet Savcılığına ilişkin temel bilgilere yer verilerek Cumhuriyet Savcılığının konumu, tarihi gelişimi, karşılaştırmalı hukuktaki yeri, teşkilatlanması ve kuruma hâkim olan ilkeler üzerinde durulmuştur. İkinci bölümde; Türk Hukukunda Cumhuriyet Savcısının soruşturma yapma görev ve yetkisi incelenmiştir. Soruşturmaya başlanılması, delil toplanması, koruma tedbirleri ve diğer soruşturma işlemlerine değinilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde soruşturmanın neticelendirilmesi ve soruşturmayı sonuçlandıran kararlar detaylandırılmıştır. Çalışma boyunca mevzuat, doktrin ve yargı kararlarından yararlanılmıştır.

In this study, during the investigation phase, the issue of the duties and powers of the public prosecutor has been examined. In the first part, providing basic information about the public prosecutor's office, its position, historical development, place in comparative law, organisation and the basic principles that govern the institution have been emphasized. In the second part, the duty and authority of the public prosecutor to conduct investigations in Turkish Law has been examined. The initiation of an investigation, collection of evidence, protective measures and the other investigative procedures have been mentioned. In the third part, the conclusion of the investigation and the decisions ending the investigation have been detailed. Throughout the study, legislation, doctrine and judicial decisions have been used.
