Özet
Toplumsal değişme farklı yönleri bulunan bir kavramdır ve herhangi bir toplumun hareketsiz olduğu iddia edilemez. Her toplumda sürekli bir dinamizm ve değişme görülür. Ancak bu değişme her alanda ve her zaman açık olmayabilir. Toplumsal değişme hız bakımından da her dönemde farklılıklar gösterir. Geride bıraktığımız 10 yıl içerisinde de bu toplumsal değişmeyi tetikleyecek hızlı bir göç hareketi Suriye'de ki savaş nedeniyle ülkemize doğru yaşanmıştır. Kültürel, ekonomik, siyasi ve sosyolojik olarak değişim ve dönüşümü içerisinde barındıran bu süreç esnasında gelen ailelerin okul çağındaki çocuklarının eğitimi de problemli bir alan olarak karşımızda durmaktadır. Çalışmanın odak noktasını da Türkiye'de bulunan ve okul çağına gelmiş Suriyeli çocukların eğitim ve öğretimi oluşturmaktadır. Bu çocukların sosyal uyumu ve entegrasyonu sağlamaları, ayrıca sağlıklı bir eğitim hayatı yaşamaları için yapılan ve daha sonra yapılması gerekenlerin neler olduğu tespit edilmek istenmektedir. Çalışmanın amacı ise çocukların nasıl okullaşacaklarını, aidiyetlerini hangi değerler üzerinden kuracaklarını ve gelecek beklentilerini nasıl şekillendirdiklerini belirlemektir. Türkiye'de bulunan sığınmacıların %47 sini 5-18 yaş arasındaki okul çağı çocukları oluşturmaktadır. Yaklaşık 1 milyon 5-18 yaş arasındaki okul çağı nüfus söz konusudur. Bu çocukların eğitime erişimleri hayati önem taşımaktadır. Ayrıca gelen ailelerin sosyal çevreye uyumu ve etkileşim süreçleri yapılacak alan çalışması ile irdelenmek istenmektedir. İşte bu çalışma bu tür kaygılarla ortaya çıkmıştır. Çalışma temel olarak 4 aşamaya ayrılmaktadır. Çalışma nitel araştırma yöntemine dayalı katılımcı-gözlemci araştırma metoduyla da desteklenecektir. Social change is a concept that has different aspects and it cannot be claimed that any society is inactive. There is a constant dynamism and change in every society. However, this change may not be evident in all areas and all the time. Social change also varies in terms of speed in each period. In the past 10 years, a rapid migration movement that will trigger this social change has been experienced towards our country due to the war in Syria. The education of the school-age children of the families who come during this process, which includes cultural, economic, political and sociological change and transformation, also stands before us as a problematic area. The focus of the study was found in Turkey and Syria have created school-age children's education and teaching. It is aimed to determine what is done and what needs to be done in order for these children to ensure social harmony and integration, as well as to have a healthy education life. The aim of the study is to determine how children will go to school, on which values they will establish their belonging and how they shape their future expectations. In addition, addressing refugee children together with the conditions in which they live is one of the focal points of this study. sini schoolchildren aged 5-18 years 47% of asylum-seekers in Turkey are children. Approximately 1 million of these are the school age population between the ages of 5 and 18. Access to education for these children is vital. In addition, the adaptation of the families to the social environment and the interaction processes are wanted to be examined with the field study. This study has emerged with such concerns. The study is basically divided into 4 stages. The study will also be supported by the participant-observer research method based on qualitative research method.
