Özet
Bu tez çalışmasında, günümüz ilkokul-ortaokul-lise öğrencilerinin konu sınavları (test) ve genel deneme sınavlarında her bir ders ve konu başlığı altındaki sorulara verdiği cevaplar ile öğrencinin ilgili konudaki başarı düzeyini TOPSIS yöntemi ile belirleyip yetkili öğretmen tarafından öğrenciye soru göndermek, öğrencinin dönemsel (haftalık-aylık-yıllık) performansını grafiksel veriler ile çözümleyip her bir öğrenciye ait bir veri bankası oluşturmak ve bunu ders öğretmeni ve yetkili öğretmenle paylaşarak öğrencinin performansının tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Gerçekleştirilen çalışmada, eğitsel araçların tasarımını kapsayan tasarım tabanlı araştırma yöntemi türevlerinden gelişimsel araştırma tekniği kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışma, soru öneri ve soru seçim aracı bileşenlerinden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmada gerçekleştirilen adaptif soru öneri sistemi; içeriklerinin üretilmesi, saklanması, sınıflandırılması, değiştirilmesi ve yayınlanma işlevlerini kapsamaktadır. Geliştirilen uygulama; eğitimcinin önceden tanımlamış olduğu ders ve konulara ait hazırlamış olduğu 1000 adet soru kullanılarak, 350 öğrenci ve öğretmenler tarafından başarı ile test edilmiştir. Bu uygulamada öğrencilerin soru taleplerine karşılık TOPSIS algoritması, uygulama veritabanındaki ders ve konulara ait bütün soruları kontrol edip, talep sahibine en uygun soruyu seçerek gönderdiği görülmüştür. Yetkili öğretmenin oluşturduğu soru bankası içerisinden istenilen kriterlere uygun ve istenilen sayıdaki soruların TOPSIS algoritması tarafından hızlı bir şekilde belirlenerek deneme veya konu testini oluşturma işleminin başarılı bir şekilde gerçekleştirildiği gözlenmiştir.

In this thesis, the answers given to the questions under the topic and subject of each elementary and secondary school exams (test) and general trial exams of today's primary-secondary-high school students with the TOPSIS method to determine the level of success of the student by the authorized teacher to send the question to the student, The aim of the course is to analyze the weekly-monthly-yearly performance with graphical data and to create a data bank for each student and to share the performance with the teacher and the authorized teacher. In this study, developmental research technique, which is one of the design-based research method derivatives including the design of educational tools, was used. This study consists of question suggestion and question selection tool components. Adaptive question suggestion system; content, production, storage, classification, modification and publication functions. Developed application; It was tested successfully by 350 students and teachers on the created database by preparing 1000 questions related to the courses and subjects defined by the educator. In this application, it is seen that students check all the questions related to courses and subjects in the application database and send the most appropriate question to the requestor in response to the TOPSIS algorithm. It was observed that the TOPSIS algorithm quickly determined the desired number of questions in accordance with the desired criteria from the question bank formed by the authorized teacher and the process of creating the trial or subject test was performed successfully and the process of creating the trial or subject test was performed successfully.
