Özet
Araştırmanın amacı Büyükçekmece İlçesinde bulunan Nezihe Hasan Kılıç Anadolu Lisesinde öğrenim gören öğrencilerin liderlik ve özerk-bağımlı kişilik özelliklerinin incelenmesidir. Bu araştırmanın evrenini İstanbul/Büyükçekmece İlçesinde öğrenim gören ortaöğretim öğrencileri, örneklemini ise Nezihe Hasan Kılıç Anadolu Lisesinde 2020-2021 Eğitim- Öğretim yılında öğrenim gören tesadüfi yöntemle seçilen öğrenciler oluşturmaktadır. Gönüllülük esasına dayalı yüz yüze ve online olarak anket (survey) tekniği uygulanarak veriler elde edilmiştir. Çalışmanın amacı doğrultusunda araştırma modeli olan ilişkisel tarama yöntemi ve nedensel karşılaştırma yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada veri toplamak için kişisel bilgi formu, ''Liderlik Ölçeği'' ve ''Sosyotropi-Otonomi Ölçeği'' araç olarak kullanılmıştır. Toplanan verilerin analizleri IBM SPSS 25.0 paket programı kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Katılımcılara ilişkin sosyo-demografik bilgiler, ölçek ortalamaları ve faktör puanları frekans (f) ve yüzde (%) değerleri saptanarak, puanların normal dağılım durumlarına; normal dağılım eğrileri, çarpıklık-basıklık (skewness-kurtosis) değerleri, histogramlar aracılığı ile normal dağılım düzeyleri değerlendirilmiştir. Ölçeklerin genelinin ve alt boyutlarının güvenirlik seviyelerinin tespit edilmesi amacıyla güvenirlik analizi yapılmış ve“Chronbach Alfa Katsayısı”elde edilmiştir. Belirlen hipotezlerin test edilmesi için Independent Sample T test, One-way ANOVA testi ve Pearson Korelasyon analizleri yapılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında yapılan analizler sonucunda katılımcıların liderlik özelliklerinden problem çözme ve sorumluluk boyutlarının otonomi boyutu ile çok zayıf pozitif yönde ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Liderlik özelliklerinin diğer tüm alt boyutları ile sosyotropi ve otonomi boyutları arasında pozitif bir ilişki olmadığı görülmüştür. Katılımcıların liderlik özellikleri alt boyutları olan özgüven, grupla çalışabilme, güvenilir olma, ikna yeteneği, problem çözme ve sorumluluk boyutları arasındaki ilişki yüksek düzeyde pozitif yönde olduğu görülmektedir. Katılımcıların cinsiyetlerine göre güvenilir olma alt boyutunda, sınıf düzeyine göre özgüven, grupla çalışabilme ve güvenilir olma alt boyutlarında, gelir düzeyine göre özgüven ve ikna yeteneği alt boyutlarında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılaşma tespit edilmiştir. Katılımcıların lisanslı spor yapma durumuna göre özgüven ve ikna yeteneği alt boyutlarında, aileden birinin sporla ilgilenme durumuna göre özgüven, grupla çalışabilme, güvenilir olma ve ikna yeteneği alt boyutlarında, anne eğitim durumuna göre sosyotropi (özerk) alt boyutunda istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılaşma tespit edilmiştir.

The main purpose of the study includes examining the leadership and autonomous-dependent personality traits of the students who are studying at Nezihe Hasan Kılıç Anatolian High School in Büyükçekmece District. While the universe of this research consists of secondary school students studying in Istanbul/Büyükçekmece District, the sampling of this study consists of randomly selected students studying at Nezihe Hasan Kılıç Anatolian High School in the 2020-2021 academic year. Within the scope of this research, face-to-face and online survey technique was applied to obtain the data, both on a voluntary basis. The study was conducted using the correlational survey and causal-comparative, both of which are research models. The tools used to collect data in the study are as follows:“Personal Information Form”,“Leadership Scale”and“Sociotropy-Autonomy Scale”. The analyzes of the collected data were obtained using IBM SPSS 25.0 package program. Socio-demographic information, scale averages and factor scores of the participants were evaluated by determining the frequency (f) and percentage (%) values. In addition, the normal distribution states of the scores, normal distribution curves, skewness-kurtosis values, and normal distribution levels through histograms were also examined. In order to determine the reliability levels of the scales and their sub-dimensions, reliability analysis was performed and the“Chronbach Alpha Coefficient”was obtained. The determined hypotheses were tested by performing Independent Sample T test, One-way ANOVA test and Pearson Correlation analyzes. As a result of the analysis conducted within the scope of the research, it was determined that there is a very weak positive relationship between the leadership characteristics of the participants and the autonomy dimension of the problem solving and responsibility dimensions. As determined in the results, there is no positive relationship between all sub-dimensions of leadership characteristics and sociotropy and autonomy dimensions. It was concluded that the relationship between the sub-dimensions of the leadership characteristics of the participants, such as self-confidence, being able to work with the group, being reliable, the ability to persuade, problem solving, and responsibility dimensions, was high and positive. After the study conducted, the following conclusions have been reached: There is a statistically significant difference in the sub-dimension of being reliable according to the gender of the participants, in the sub-dimensions of self-confidence, working with the group and being reliable according to the class level, and in the sub-dimensions of self-confidence and ability to persuade by income level. Besides, there is a statistically significant difference in the self-confidence and persuasion sub-dimensions according to the licensed sports status of the participants, the self-confidence due to the involvement of any family member in sports, the ability to work with the group, the ability to be reliable and persuasion sub-dimensions, and the sociotropy (autonomous) sub-dimension according to the education level of the mother.
