Özet

Giyim, insan vücudunu dış etkilerden korumak ve aynı zamanda örtünmek ihtiyacı ile ortaya çıkmıştır. Günümüzde ise giyim, bu ihtiyaçların yanı sıra süslenmek ve çalışma ortamının gerektirdiği şartlara uyum sağlamak gibi birçok amaca hizmet edecek şekilde gelişmeler göstererek moda kavramını oluşturmuştur. Bu gelişmeler hazır giyim işletmelerinde yer bulmuş ve seri üretim ile devam etmiştir. Devam ettiği süreç içerisinde yeni ürün oluşumu ile ilerlemiş ve işletmelerin mevcut konumunu yükseltmiştir (tekstilsayfasi.blogspot.com, 2020). İşletmeler, yeni ürün geliştirmesiyle markalaşmaya başlamış, tüketici ihtiyaçlarına cevap vermiş, bulunduğu pazar içerisindeki katkı payını belirlemiştir. Hazır giyim işletmelerinde giysi üretim süreci belirli aşamalar ile ilerlemektedir. Prototip, tasarımın üretim sürecindeki en önemli adımlardan biridir. Prototipin amacı çok fazla zaman ve para harcamadan, ürünü test edip son halini oluşturmaktır. Prototipleme ile hazırlanan koleksiyon; üretilebilir, kaliteli, güvenli ve estetik kaygısı taşıması gerekir. Prototipleme yöntemi ile karşılaşılacak olası problemlerle koleksiyonun üretim basamağındaki sorunlar en aza ingirdenmektedir. Bu çalışmada, İstanbul'da yer alan ağırlıklı kadın giyim üretimi yapan büyük ölçekli ihracat firmasında random yöntemiyle seçilen kadın üst giyim alanına ait üç model seçilerek üretim sürecindeki prototip uygulamaları ele alınmıştır. Seçilen modellerin kumaş, desen, aksesuar vb. detayları farklılık göstermektedir. Çalışmada; işletme, hazır giyim ve yeni ürün konuları işlenmiştir. Hazır giyim sürecinde koleksiyon oluşturma süreci, ve prototip kavramı ele alınmıştır. Hazır giyim firmasında seçilen üç modelin geliştirme sürecinin prototip aşamaları, üretim sürecine giderken aldığı kritikler anlatılmıştır. Bu aşamalar açıklanarak örneklerle gösterilmiştir.

Clothing arose with the need to protect the human body from external influences, as well as to cover it. Nowadays, clothing has developed to serve many purposes, such as decorating and adapting to the conditions required by the working environment, as well as these needs, and has created the concept of fashion. These developments have found a place in ready-to-wear enterprises and have continued with mass production. During the ongoing process, it has progressed with the formation of new products and has raised the current position of enterprises (tekstilsayfasi.blogspot.com, 2020). Enterprises have started branding with the development of new products, have responded to consumer needs, and have determined the contribution share in the sunday where they are located. The process of clothing production in ready-to-wear enterprises proceeds with certain stages. Prototyping is one of the most important steps in the production process of design. The purpose of the prototype is to test the product and create the final version without spending a lot of time and money. The collection prepared by prototyping; It can be produced, it must be of high quality, safe and aesthetic concern. With the possible problems that will be encountered with the prototyping method, the problems at the production stage of the collection are minimized. In this study, three models belonging to the field of women's outerwear selected by the random method were selected in a large-scale export company producing mainly women's clothing located in Istanbul and the prototype applications in the production process were discussed. The fabric, pattern, accessories, etc. of the selected models. their details differ. In the study; business administration, ready-to-wear and new product topics were covered. In the process of ready-to-wear, the process of creating a collection and the concept of a prototype are discussed. The prototype stages of the development process of the three models selected in the ready-to-wear company, the criticisms received on the way to the production process are described. These stages are explained and illustrated with examples.
