Özet
Günümüzün temel dinamikleri olan hızlı değişimler ve sınırların ortadan kalkarak belirsiz hale gelmesi sonucu oluşan ekonomik dalgalanmalar, KOBİ'ler için krizden korunmaya yönelik stratejilerin önemini artırmıştır. Özellikle Covid-19 salgınının neden olduğu ekonomik durgunluk ve uygulanan kısıtlamaların KOBİ'ler üzerindeki etkileri, krize karşı alınacak tedbirlerin önemli bir araştırma konusu olmasına neden olmuştur. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı literatürde mevcut olan çalışmaları inceleyerek KOBİ'lerin Covid-19 krizine karşı uyguladığı finansal statejiler hakkında genel bir eğilim ortaya koymaktır. Çalışma dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölümde ekonomik kriz kavramı ve tarihte yaşanan ekonomik krizler üzerinde durulmaktadır. Aynı zamanda ekonomik krizin özellikleri, krize neden olan faktörler ve kriz süreci aşamaları hakkında detaylı bilgi verilmektedir. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde Finansal Yönetim kavramı ve Finansal araçlar üzerinde durulmaktadır. Çalışmanın üçüncü bölümünde ise şirketlerin kriz karşıtı aldıkları tedbirleri ve kriz döneminde uyguladıkları finansal yöntemleri inceleyen 19 çalışma dikkate alınmış ve sonuçları incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın son kısmında ise elde edilen sonuçlar değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda şirketlerin kriz döneminde genellikle maliyetleri kısma, devamlılık, inovasyon ve çıkış stratejilerini uyguladığı görülmüştür. Ayrıca şirketlerin farklı bölgelerde veya farklı sektörlerde faaliyet göstermesine rağmen krizle baş etmede bir birine benzer yöntemler uyguladığı ve benzer sonuçlar elde ettiği tespit edilmiştir.

As a result of the rapid changes which are the main dynamics of today and the boundaries that have become obscure and disappear, the importance of the strategies protection for SMEs from the crisis has increased with the economic fluctuations. Especially, the economic uncertainties and the restrictions applied as a result of the Covid- 19 epidemic have deeply affected SMEs and have caused the measures to be taken for the crisis to be an important research topic for SMEs. The main purpose of this study is to examine the financial methods used by companies to minimize the negative impact of economic crises. The study is divided into four sections. The first section focuses on the concept of economic crisis and the economic crises in history. At the same time detailed information given about the characteristics of the economic crisis, the factors causing the crisis and the stages of the crisis process. The second part of the study focuses on the concept of Financial Management and financial instruments.. The third part of the study nineteen studies examining the measures taken by companies against the crisis and the financial methods they applied during the crisis were taken into consideration and the results were examined. In the last part of the study, the results obtained were evaluated. As a result of the research, it has been observed that companies generally apply cost reduction, continuity, innovation and exit strategies during the crisis period. In addition, although companies operate in different regions or different sectors, it has been determined that they apply similar methods and achieve similar results in dealing with the crisis.
