Özet

Bu araştırma, primipar gebelerin doğum öncesi algıladıkları stres ve eş desteği arasındaki ilişkinin ortaya konulması amacıyla yapılmıştır. Tanımlayıcı, kesitsel ve ilişki arayıcı nitelikteki bu çalışmanın örneklemini, Mayıs-Ağustos 2020 tarihleri arasında, kartopu örnekleme yöntemiyle sosyal paylaşım ağları üzerinden çalışmaya katılmayı kabul eden 300 primipar gebe oluşturmuştur. Araştırma verileri, tanımlayıcı veri toplama formu ve Eş Destek Ölçeği ve Doğum Öncesi Algılanan Stres Ölçeği (DÖASÖ) ile elde edilmiştir. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde ortalama, standart sapma, sayı-yüzdelik hesaplamaları, t testi, ANOVA ve regresyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya dahil olan gebelerin Doğum Öncesi Algılanan Stres Ölçeği toplam puan ortalaması 33,22±9,21 ve Eş Destek ölçeği toplam puan ortalaması 63,62±9,85 olarak bulunmuştur. This study was conducted to reveal the relationship between the perceived stress of primipara pregnant women and their partner support. The sample of this descriptive, cross-sectional and relationship-seeking study consisted of 300 primiparous pregnant women who agreed to participate in the study through social networking with snowball sampling method between May and August 2020. Research data were obtained by descriptive data collection form and Spouse Support Scale and Prenatal Perceived Stress Scale-DASS. Mean, standard deviation, number-percentage calculations, t test, ANOVA and regression analysis were used to evaluate the data. The total score average of the Prenatal Perceived Stress Scale of the primiparous pregnant women included in the study was 33.22 ± 9.21 and the total score average of the Spouse Support Scale was 63.62 ± 9.85. A negative and slight relationship was found between the spousal support of pregnant women and the perceived stress level before birth. In addition, it was concluded that while the level of emotional support contributed negatively to the medical and obstetric risks/fetal health perception level of pregnant women and the level of financial assistance and information support positively, the level of appreciation support and social interest support did not contribute significantly. It was found that psychosocial changes during pregnancy contributed negatively to the level of emotional support and social interest support, and the level of financial assistance and information support and appreciation support positively. While the level of emotional support contributed negatively to the level of perception of birth expectancy of primiparous pregnant women, financial assistance and information support, appreciation support and social interest support did not contribute significantly.
