Özet
İnsanın temel gereksinimlerinden biri olan barınma ihtiyacı; varoluştan beri önemini korumaktadır. Barınma ihtiyacına karşılık veren konut; birçok bilim dalının ve araştırmacının ilgi odağı olmuş, farklı bakış açıları ile konutu çözümlemeye çalışmışlardır. Kırsal konutlar ise nüfus yoğunluğu az olan, ekonominin genelde tek ve baskın olduğu yerleşim bölgelerinde; çevre faktörlerine, yaşam biçimine ve işlevsel gereksinimlere dönük olarak biçimlenmesi bağlamında konut çözümlenmesinde farklılaşmış alan olarak etken rol oynamıştır. Tüteklikli örtü ile karakterize olmuş konut biçimlenişi; M.Ö. 3700'lü yıllarda başlamış ve günümüze değin süregelmiştir. İnsanın varoluşundan beri önemini koruyan barınma ihtiyacı, bu çalışmada, zamansal süreklilik içerisinde varlığını devam ettiren tüteklikli örtü ile karakterize olmuş tüteklikli konutlar özelinde sorgulanmıştır. Tüteklikli konutlar bütünsel bağlamda ele alınarak, tüteklikli konutların çözümüne ilişkin yaklaşım önerisi sunulmuştur. Kökensel, mekânsal, biçimlenmeye etki eden faktörler, yapısal ve anlamsal bağlamda çözümlenme kriterleri yaklaşım önerisini oluşturmaktadır. Çözümlenmeye ilişkin yaklaşım önerisi; tüteklikli konut ihtiva eden ve çalışma alanı olarak seçilen Sivas ili kırsalında bulunan Hafik ilçesi Demircilik, Aylioğlu, İnköy; Elbeyli yöresi Gazibey, Çongar; Şarkışla ilçesi Kaymak, Ulaş ilçesi Demircilik ve Kangal ilçesi Yarhisar köylerinde bulunan dokuz adet örneklem konut üzerinde uygulanmıştır. Öneri yaklaşım ile tüteklikli konutlara özgü bulgular ortaya konmuştur. Elde edilen bulgular ile tüteklikli örtünün; işlevsel, etkileyici, akılcı, tutumlu, pitoreks imge özelliği taşıyan mekânsal bir öğe olduğu belirlenmiştir. Karakterize tüteklikli örtülü konut; mekânsal, biçimsel, yapısal bağlamda özgün biçimleniş göstermektedir. Tüteklikli konut; kökensel bağlantılarının sonucu olarak kültürler arası etkileşimin bir ürünüdür. Tüteklikli konut mekânsal bağlamda; ayrışarak, eklemlenerek devam eden konut organizasyon şeması ile dinamik ve sürdürülebilir bir yapıdadır. Doğal çevre faktörleri, ekonomik ve kültürel faktörlerin sonucu olarak insan-hayvan-doğa birlikteliğinin göstergesi, evrenin bir yansımasıdır. Konut bileşenleri ve yapısal biçimlenişi ile yerelin yansımasıdır. Farklı inanç sistemlerinin ortak ürünü ve değişmeyen biçimlenişi ile insanın ortak paydada doğaya verdiği yanıttır. Sonuç olarak; tüteklikli konut çözümlenmesi ile elde edilen bulgular ile yerel konut tipolojisine mekânsal okuma bağlamında bir yaklaşım getirilmiştir.

The need for shelter, which is one of the basic needs of human beings; maintains its importance since its existence. Housing, which is the focus of attention of many disciplines and researchers, has been tried to be analyzed from different perspectives. Rural buildings have always had an active role in the analysis of buildings within the context of their construction based on environmental factors, lifestyles, and functional necessities; in the residential areas where the population density is low, and the economy is generally autonomous and dominant. House construction characterized by the lantern roof; was first seen in B.C.3700s and still seen today. In this research, the need for accommodation, which has remained since the existence of the humanity, has been particularly questioned with reference to the houses characterized by lantern type of roof, which has still existed in the course of time. The houses with lantern roof characterized by their unique structures have been discussed in a holistic context, and a proposed approach for the analysis of such houses with lantern roof has been provided. Such a proposed approach has been formed with the factors related to the origin, location, and formation as well as the criteria for the analysis in a structural and semantic context. This proposed approach for the analysis; has been applied on, nine house samples located in the village of Demircilik, Aylioğlu, İnköy of the district of Hafik, and in the villages of Gazibey, Çongar in the region of Elbeyli; in the village of Kaymak in the district of Şarkışla; in the village of Demircilik in the district of Ulaş and in the village of Yarhisar in the district of Kangal. With the proposed approach, the findings peculiar to the houses with lantern roof have been provided. With the findings obtained, it has been determined that the lantern roof is a functional, impressive, rational, thrifty, spatial element with picturesque image characteristics. The houses with lantern roofs are shows original formation in spatial, formal and structural context.. They are a yield of intercultural as a result of their originary connections. They have a dynamic and sustainable structure with an articulated and fractured building organization. The houses with lantern roof emerging as a result of natural, environmental, economic, and cultural factors is an indication of the unity of house-human-animal-nature and a reflection of the entire universe. Houses with lantern roof are a reflection of the local with its housing components and structural formation. They are the common yield of different belief systems and the response of humanity to the nature on a common ground with an unchanging style. As a result; an approach has been brought to the local house typology in the context of spatial reading, with the findings obtained by the analysis of residential housing.
