Özet

Bu tez beş bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde graf teorisi, bulanık küme, bulanık graf, sezgisel bulanık küme, sezgisel bulanık graf, nötrosofik küme, nötrosofik graf, çift kutuplu nötrosofik küme, çift kutuplu nötrosofik graf, TOPSIS metodu ve çift kutuplu nötrosofik TOPSIS metodu hakkında temel bilgiler verildi. Bu yapıların tarihçesinden bahsedildi. İkinci bölümde, bulanık kümeler, bulanık graflar, sezgisel bulanık kümeler, sezgisel bulanık graflar, nötrosofik kümeler, nötrosofik graflar, çift kutuplu nötrosofik kümeler, çift kutuplu nötrosofik grafların temel tanımları ve teoremleri ile çift kutuplu nötrosofik TOPSIS metodu ve çift kutuplu nötrosofik Hamming uzaklık ölçümünün temel tanımları verildi. Çift kutuplu nötrosofik grafların alt başlıkları incelenip örnekler verildi ve graf şemaları çizilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde çift kutuplu tek değerli nötrosofik graflar üzerinde ilk defa çift kutuplu tek değerli nötrosofik TOPSIS metodu uygulanmıştır. Bu bölümde verilen uygulamada çift kutuplu nötrosofik TOPSIS metodundan, yeni bir ortalama değer operatöründen (genelleştirilmiş) ve çift kutuplu nötrosofik Hamming uzaklık ölçümünden yararlanıldı. Dördüncü bölüm karşılaştırma bölümüdür. Üçüncü bölümde elde ettiğimiz uygulamadan çıkan sonuç ile dördüncü bölümde çift kutuplu nötrosofik graflarda çok kriterli karar verme başvuruları yöntemi ile çözülen uygulamanın sonuçları karşılaştırıldı ve bulunan sonuçlar incelendi. Son bölümde ise bu tezden elde edilen sonuçlara yer verildi.

Özet (Çeviri)

This thesis consists of five chapters. In the first chapter, basic information about graph theory, fuzzy set, fuzzy graph, intuitionistic fuzzy set, intuitionistic fuzzy graph, neutrosophic set, neutrosophic graph, bipolar neutrosophic set, bipolar neutrosophic graph, TOPSIS method and bipolar neutrosophic TOPSIS method are given and thair history is mentioned. In the second chapter, basic definitions and theorems of fuzzy sets, fuzzy graphs, intuitionistic fuzzy sets, intuitionistic fuzzy graphs, neutrosophic sets, neutrosophic graphs, bipolar neutrosophic sets, bipolar neutrosophic graphs and the bipolar neutrosophic TOPSIS method and bipolar neutrosophic Hamming distance measurement are presented definitions are given. Sub-titles of bipolar neutrosophic graphs were examined, examples were given and graph diagrams were drawn. In the third chapter, the bipolar single valued neutrosophic TOPSIS method is applied for the first time on bipolar single valued neutrosophic graphs. In the application given in this section, the bipolar neutrosophic TOPSIS method a new mean value operator (generalized) and the bipolar neutrosophic Hamming distance measurement is used. The fourth section is the comparison section. The results of the application we gave in the third section and the results of the application solved by the multi-criteria decision making application method in bipolar neutrosophic graphs in the fourth section is compared and the results is examined. In the last chapter, the results obtained from this thesis are given.
