Özet
Bu araştırma, relaktasyona dair ebelerin bilgi ve görüşlerine eğitimin etkisini belirlemeye yönelik tek gruplu ön test- son test yarı deneysel tipte eğitim müdahale araştırmasıdır. Araştırma, Kütahya İli Merkez İlçe Kütahya Merkez Toplum Sağlığı Merkezi ve Bağlı Aile Sağlığı Merkezlerinde yürütülmüştür. Çalışmaya Temmuz 2019 tarihinde başlanmış olup. Nisan 2020 tarihinde veri toplamaya başlanmış COVID 19 Pandemisi nedeniyle ara verilmiş sonrasında Kasım 2021 tarihinde tekrar veri toplama işlemine başlanmıştır. Ocak 2022 tarihinde veri toplama işlemi tamamlanmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini Kütahya Merkez İlçe Toplum Sağlığı Merkezi (TSM) ve bağlı aile sağlığı merkezlerinde (ASM) çalışan 80 ebe oluşturmuştur. Veri toplama aracı olarak; Ebelerin Sosyo-demografik, Mesleki özellikleri ve Relaktasyon Anket formu, Ebelerin Relaktasyona İlişkin Bilgi Değerlendirme Formu kullanılmıştır. Veri değerlendirme formları oluşturulurken dokuz uzman görüşü alınmış bu görüşler doğrultusunda formların kapsam geçerlilik İndeksi hesaplanmıştır. Eğitimin verimliliğini değerlendirmek amacıyla Kirkpatrick Modelinin dört seviyesi esas alınarak hazırlanan Eğitim Değerlendirme Formu kullanılmıştır. Veri analizinde SPSS paket programı kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler, değerlendirilirken tanımlayıcı istatistiksel metotlar kullanılmıştır. Verilerin normal dağılıma uygunluğu Q-Q Plot ile incelenmiş, Kurder Richardson güvenilirlik analizi uygulanmıştır. Katılımcıların ön test ve son test değerlendirme puanlarının karşılaştırılması için Bağımlı t testi uygulanmıştır. Araştırmaya katılan ebelerin yaş ortalamasının 37,23 yıl olduğu, %66,2'inin lisans mezunu olduğu görülmüştür. Ebelerin şu an çalıştığı kurumlar incelendiğinde %52,5'inin TSM'de, çalıştığı; çalışılan kurumların %86,3'ünin bebek dostu kurum olduğu görülmüş ve lohusa bebek takiplerinde %70 oranında kurumlarda relaktasyon takibi yapıldığı belirlenmiştir. Araştırmaya katılan ebelerin %55'inin relaktasyon eğitimi aldığı tespit edilmiş ve bunun yanı sıra relaktasyon uygulaması yapan ebe oranının %20 olduğu görülmüştür. Ebelerin çalışmaya devam ettikleri kurumda ise relaktasyon uygulaması yapan ebe oranı %8,7 olarak bulunmuştur. Araştırmaya katılan ebelerin relaktasyon uygulamasında kullanılan yöntemleri bilme durumları incelendiğinde %48,8'inin yöntemleri bildiği tespit edilmiştir. This research is a single group pretest-posttest quasi experimental educational intervention research to determine the effect of education on the knowledge and opinions of midwives about relactation. The research was carried out in Kütahya Province Central District Kütahya Central Community Health Center and Affiliated Family Health Centers. The research started in July 2019. However, due to the Sars-cov 19 virus pandemic, data collection was suspended for two semesters in the fall and spring semesters of the 2020-2021 academic year. Afterwards, data colletion was completed between November 2021 and January 2022. The sample of the study consisted of 80 midwives working in Kütahya central district Community health center and affiliated family health centers. As a data collection tool; Sociodemographic, Occupational Characteristics and Relactation Questionnaire of Midwives, Midwives İnformation Evaluation Form on Relactation was used. While preparing the data evaluation forms, the opinions of 9 experts were taken and the content validity index of the forms was calculated in line with these opinions. In order to evaluate the efficiency of the training, the Training Evaluation Form, which was prepared based on the four levels of the Kirkpatrick model, was used. SPSS package program was used in data analysis. While evaluating the obtained data descriptive statistical methods were used. The conformity of the data to the normal distribution was examined by Q-Q Plot, and Kurder Richardson reliability analysis was applied. Dependent t-test was applied to compare the pre-test and post-test evaluation scores of the participants. The average age of the midwives participating in the study was 37.23, and when their education levels were examined, it was seen that 7.5% of the midwives were vocational high school, 22.5% had an associate degree 66.2% had a bachelor's degree and 3.8% had a master's degree. When the institutions where midwives currently work are examined, it is seen that 52.5% of them work in the CHC and 47.5% in the FHC. It was observed 86.3% of the institutions studied were baby-friendly institutions, and it was determined that 70% of the postpartum baby follow-ups were followed up in institutions. 55% of the midwives participating in the research received relactation training and besides this, 20% of the midwives who practice relactation. In the institution where the midwives continue to work, the rate of midwives who practiced relactation was found to be 8.7%. When the knowledge of the methods used in relactation practice of the midwives participating in the research was examined, it was determined that 48.8% of them knew the methods.
