Özet

Bu çalışma, yükseköğretim düzeyinde öğrenim görmekte olan öğretmen adaylarının mobil eğitim teknolojilerine dönük yeterliklerine ve teknolojiye ilişkin tutumlarına etkisinin belirlenmesi temelinde Sivas Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesinde 2020-2021 öğretim yılı, güz döneminde, eğitimde teknoloji kullanımı dersine katılan ve verilen uygulamaları kullanarak etkinliklere gönüllü olarak katılan 182 adet öğretmen adayının öğretim teknolojileri dersinde kullanılan ders içeriği geliştirme, sınıf yönetimi ve ölçme ve değerlendirme temelli mobil uygulamaları kullanma yetileri incelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu doğrultuda çalışmanın amacına en uygun yöntem olarak nicel araştırma yöntemi seçilmiştir. Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemleri bünyesinde bulunan deneysel araştırma modeli ve araştırma deseni olarak da deney öncesi desenlerden biri olan tek grup öntest-sontest deseni kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışma, denek sayısı açısından çok denekli, deneme koşulları açısından grup içi, deneklerin seçilme yöntemi açısından ise seçkisiz bir çalışma olarak nitelendirilmektedir. Çalışmada kullanılan ve deney öncesi desenlerden biri olan tek grup öntest-sontest deseni bir gruba önce öntest ölçümü yapılım deneysel işlem uygulanmasının ardından sontest yapılarak yeni sonuçların ortaya koyulması ve karşılaştırma yapılaması amacıyla gerçekleştirilmektedir. Veriler, Dijital Teknoloji Formu ve Dijital Yeterlilik Formu ile toplanmış olup bu formlar alana yönelik yapılan literatür taraması sonrasında araştırmacı tarafından tez çalışmasında kullanılmak üzere halihazırda var olan formlarda kullanılan sorulardan oluşmaktadır. Veri toplama yöntemi olarak da ön test-son test yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda öğretim teknolojileri dersinde kullanılan ders içeriği geliştirme, sınıf yönetimi ile ölçme ve değerlendirme uygulamalarının kullanımının öğretmen adaylarının eğitim teknolojilerine dönük yeterliliklerine ve teknolojiye ilişkin tutumlarına etkisine dair yapılan ön test ve son test sonuçları arasında anlamlı bir farklılığa ulaşılmamıştır.

This study was conducted on the basis of determining the effects of pre-service teachers studying at higher education level on their competencies towards mobile education technologies and their attitudes towards technology. This study was conducted to examine the ability of prospective teachers to develop course content, classroom management, and use mobile applications based on measurement and evaluation used in instructional technologies lessons. In this direction, the quantitative research method was chosen as the most suitable method for the purpose of the study. In the research, one group pretest-posttest design, which is one of the pre-experimental designs, was used as the experimental research model within the quantitative research methods and as the research design. This study is characterized as a multi-subject study in terms of the number of subjects, in-group in terms of trial conditions, and a random study in terms of the method of selection of the subjects. The single-group pretest-posttest design used in the study, which is one of the pre-experimental designs, is carried out in order to reveal new results and make comparisons by performing a pretest measurement, experimental procedure followed by a posttest. The data were collected with the Digital Technology Form and the Digital Competence Form, and these forms consist of questions used in existing forms by the researcher to be used in the thesis study after the literature review for the field. The pretest-posttest method was used as the data collection method. In line with the findings obtained in the research, no significant difference was reached between the results of the pre-test and post-test on the effects of the use of course content development, classroom management and measurement and evaluation applications used in the instructional technologies course on the pre-service teachers' proficiency in educational technologies and their attitudes towards technology.
