In recent years, recording health data and visualizing the huge amount of health data have a growing and important role in the field of public health science. There is a great gap in studies in order to analyze and represent the data with the help of data visualization methods. This dissertation presents the importance of Project Tycho database and the benefits of information visualization of health data for studies on public health. The goal of this project is to develop a software tool to visualize Project Tycho big dataset for public health and provide information obtained for science and to take preventive measures for the disease. In addition, a software tool is developed using Java. It is intended to be an efficient solution to the limitations of the existing data visualization tools. This software is able to visualize huge amounts of data because of the size of Project Tycho database and create an adaptable software to change it according to the new information acquired by time.
