Özet

Türk Siyasetinin yenilikçi ve rasyonel ilkelerle kuşatılarak geleceğe doğru yürümesi, diğer yandan geçmişten dersler çıkararak pozitif bilimler ışığında çağdaş bir toplum yaratma düşüncesi Gökalp felsefesinin özünü oluşturmaktadır. Bu doğrultuda toplumun sahip olduğu her bir değere ayrı ayrı vurgu yaparak değerlendirmelerde bulunan Gökalp; din, ahlak, bilim, felsefe, eğitim gibi kıymetlerin gerekliliğine ve önemine vurgu yapmıştır. Ona göre güçlü bir devlet, her zaman kolektif bir toplum gücüyle varolur ve gücüne güç katar. Politikada yasalar eşitliğe ve adalete dayanmalı, ayrıca devlet felsefesi modern hukukun ilkeleriyle kuşatılmalıdır. Toplum; bilim, felsefe, eğitim sayesinde çürük inançlardan kurtulur ve geleceğe emin adımlarla yürür. Bu anlamda Gökalp, kültürümüzün ve değerlerimizin muhafaza edilerek, bilim ve felsefe ışığında yürüyen bir toplumun, milli değerlere sahip çıkarak, üreten, gelişen, rasyonel ve pragmatist metotlarla hareket eden bir devlet ile yan yana gelmesiyle, ülkede güçlü bir dayanışma ve kolektivizm oluşacağını ifade etmektedir. Sosyolojik ve siyasi problemlerin çözümü geçmişten dersler çıkararak ve düşünce dünyamızdaki hataları görerek, dayanışma ve kültür birliği sayesinde mümkün olacaktır. Sonuç olarak çalışmamızda, Gökalp'in çağdaş bir toplum ve güçlü bir devlet inşa etme noktasındaki düşünceleri ele alınmış, bu doğrultuda onun genel devlet ve toplum felsefesi ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır.

The essence of Gökalp's philosophy is that Turkish politics is to walk towards the future by being surrounded by innovative and rational principles, and on the other hand, the idea of creating a contemporary society in the light of positive sciences by drawing lessons from the past. In this direction, Gökalp made evaluations by emphasizing each value of the society separately; He emphasized the necessity and importance of values such as religion, morality, science, philosophy and education. According to him, a strong state always exists with the power of a collective society and adds strength to its power. In politics, laws should be based on equality and justice, and state philosophy should be surrounded by the principles of modern law. Society; Thanks to science, philosophy and education, he gets rid of bad beliefs and takes firm steps towards the future. In this sense, Gökalp states that a strong solidarity and collectivism will emerge in the country when a society that walks in the light of science and philosophy while preserving our culture and values comes together with a state that produces, develops and acts with rational and pragmatist methods by protecting national values. The solution of sociological and political problems will be possible by taking lessons from the past and seeing the mistakes in our world of thought, thanks to solidarity and cultural unity. As a result, in our study, Gökalp's thoughts on building a modern society and a strong state were discussed, and in this direction, his general state and social philosophy was tried to be revealed.
