Özet

Felsefe tarihi boyunca bir gelenek olarak sürdürülen 'logos merkezci' bakış açısı, çağdaş filozof olan Jacques Derrida'nın dikkatini çekmiş ve onun bu tarih üzerine yoğunlaşmasına vesile olmuştur. Derrida'nın mevcudiyet metafiziği olarak adlandırmış olduğu bu gelenekte değişmeyen düşünce yapıları bulunmaktadır. Bu düşünce yapılarından en önemlisi ise bütün bir tarihe sirayet etmiş olan söz ve yazı karşıtlığıdır. Mevcudiyet metafiziği boyunca söz canlı ve değerli olarak ele alınırken, yazı sözün karşısında cansız, değersiz ve bir ek olarak nitelendirilmiştir. Derrida'ya göre, bu düşünme mantığı hatalıdır ve bunun üzerine yeni bir düşünüm gerçekleştirilmelidir. Bu doğrultuda Derrida, felsefesini kurarken mevcudiyet metafiziğinin dilinden uzak durmaya özen göstermiştir. Onun felsefesinde mutlak bir hakikat arayışı, değişmeyen özler, kesinlik arayışı gibi düşünceleri görmek mümkün değildir. Onun felsefesi, anlamda farka ve ertelemeye imkân tanıyan différance'ın oyununa olanak sağlayan, alternatif yollara izin veren yapısökümsel okuma stratejisini bünyesinde barındıran bir felsefedir. Bu çalışmada ilk olarak, mevcudiyet metafiziğindeki kurgusallığı açığa çıkarmak isteyen Derrida'nın eleştirilerine ve bu eleştiriler sonucunda oluşturmuş olduğu felsefesine yer verilecektir. Devamında, Derrida'nın filozofların metinleri üzerine uygulamış olduğu yapısökümsel okuma tarzı Saussure, Platon, Nietzsche ve Levinas bağlamında ele alınacaktır. Tezin son kısmında ise hukuk ve adalet ilişkisi ele alınarak bu ilişkinin şiddet içerip içermediği tartışmaya açılacaktır. Bu tartışma Walter Benjamin'in görüşleri ve Derrida'nın Benjamin felsefesine uygulamış olduğu yapısökümsel okuma tarzı ile desteklenecektir.

The 'logos centrist' point of view, which has been maintained as a tradition throughout the history of philosophy, attracted the attention of the contemporary philosopher Jacques Derrida and enabled him to focus on this history. In this tradition, which Derrida called the metaphysics of presence, there are unchanging structures of thought. The most important of these structures of thought is the opposition of speech and writing, which has spread throughout history. Throughout the metaphysics of existence, the word is considered as alive and valuable, while writing is described as inanimate, worthless and an addition to the word. According to Derrida, this logic of thinking is faulty and a new reflection must be made on it. In this direction, Derrida took care to stay away from the language of the metaphysics of presence while establishing his philosophy. In his philosophy, it is not possible to see thoughts such as the search for an absolute truth, unchanging essences, and certainty. His philosophy is a philosophy that includes a deconstructive reading strategy that allows for difference in meaning and delay, allows the play of différance, and allows alternative ways. In this study, firstly, Derrida's criticisms, who want to reveal the fictionality in the metaphysics of presence, and his philosophy that he created as a result of these criticisms will be included. In the continuation, the deconstructive reading style that Derrida has applied on the texts of philosophers will be discussed in the context of Saussure, Plato, Nietzsche and Levinas. In the last part of the thesis, the relationship between law and justice will be discussed and it will be discussed whether this relationship includes violence or not. This discussion will be supported by Walter Benjamin's views and Derrida's deconstructive reading style applied to Benjamin's philosophy.
