Özet
Çalışma olgusu, tarihsel süreç boyunca bütün toplumlar açısından önemli olmuş, toplumda gerçekleşen her dönüşüm, çalışma ve emeğin de dönüşümüne sahne olmuştur. Sanayi Devrimi, çalışma ve emek bakımından en önemli dönüm noktasından biri olarak ifade edilmiş ve endüstrileşme süreci başlamıştır. Fordist üretim biçiminin kriziyle birlikte post-fordist üretim sürecine girilmiş, teknolojik ilerlemelerle birlikte hizmet sektörü yükselmiş ve sanayi ötesi topluma geçiş yaşanmıştır. Sanayi ötesi topluma geçişle birlikte yaygınlaşan esnek çalışma biçimleri, işçi sınıfının güvensizleşmesinin şiddetini arttırmıştır. Bu tez; Andre Gorz, Guy Standing ve Daniel Bell gibi sanayi ötesi toplum teorisyenlerinin çalışmanın dönüşümüne ve geleceğine dair iddialarını eleştirel bir perspektiften ele alarak, bu teorisyenlerin yeni bir toplumun ortaya çıkışında gerçekçi bir bakış açısı sergilemediklerini ileri sürmektedir.

The phenomenon of work has been important for all societies throughout the historical process, and every transformation in society has witnessed the transformation of work and labor. The Industrial Revolution was expressed as one of the most important turning points in terms of work and labor and the industrialization process began. With the crisis of the Fordist mode of production, the post-Fordist production process has been entered, the service sector has risen with the technological advances and the transition to the post-industrial society has been experienced. Flexible working forms that have become widespread with the transition to the post-industrial society have increased the severity of the insecurity of the working class. This thesis; By critically addressing the claims of postindustrial social theorists such as Andre Gorz, Guy Standing and Daniel Bell about the transformation and future of work, he argues that these theorists do not display a realistic perspective on the emergence of a new society.
