Özet
Bu çalışma, 2021-2022 yıllarında Çanakkale ilinin Bayramiç ilçesinde elma, kiraz, Bayramiç beyazı (Nektarin), şeftali, Trabzon hurması, ayva ve incir bahçelerinde Akdeniz meyve sineğinin [Ceratitis capitata (Wiedemann, 1824)] popülasyon gelişmesinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Çalışmanın yapıldığı bahçelere birer adet McPhail (Decis trap) ve delta tipi feromon tuzağı asılmıştır. Tuzaklara yakalanan erginler periyodik olarak haftada iki kez sayılmış ve bir sonraki sayım için temiz bırakılmıştır. Ayrıca bahçelerde zarar oranının belirlenmesi amacıyla rastgele 100 meyve kontrol edilmiştir. İlk ergin uçuşu 2021 yılında etkili sıcaklıklar toplamının 1255 gün-derece olduğu 2 Ağustos tarihinde şeftali bahçesinde tespit edilmiştir. Ertesi yıl ise etkili sıcaklıklar toplamının 1146 gün-derece olduğu 29 Temmuz tarihinde incir bahçesinde gözlemlenmiştir. Tuzaklarda en fazla ergin birey 8.11.2021 tarihinde iki farklı tuzakta 486 (adet/2 tuzak) olacak şekilde Trabzon hurması bahçesinde tespit edilmiştir. Bayramiç beyazı, zararlının yeni konukçusu olarak belirlenmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda C. capitata'nın zararının tespit edildiği bahçelerdeki zarar durumları sırasıyla; Trabzon hurması bahçesinde %15,6, şeftali bahçesinde %14, Bayramiç beyazı bahçesinde %8,6 ve ayva bahçesinde %6,1 olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bayramiç ilçesinde son ergin uçuşlarını aralık ayının ilk haftasında 2021 yılında 2226 gün-derecede 2022 yılında ise 2216 gün-derecede tamamladığı tespit edilmiştir.

This study was carried out to determine the population development of the Mediterranean fruit fly [Ceratitis capitata (Wiedemann, 1824)] in apple, cherry, Bayramiç white (Nectarine), peach, persimmon, quince and fig orchards in Bayramiç district of Çanakkale province in 2021-2022. A McPhail (Decis trap) and delta type pheromone trap were hung in the gardens where the study was conducted. Adults caught in the traps were counted periodically twice a week and left clean for the next count. In addition, 100 fruits were randomly checked in order to determine the damage rate in the orchards. The first adult flight was detected in the peach orchard on August 2, 2021, when the total effective temperatures were 1255 days-degrees.. The following year, it was observed in the fig garden on 29 July, when the total effective temperatures were 1146 days-degrees. The highest number of adult individuals in the traps were detected in the persimmon garden on 8.11.2021 with 486 (pieces/2 traps) in two different traps. Bayramiç white was determined as the new host of the pest. As a result of the study, the damage conditions in the gardens where the damage of C. capitata was determined, respectively; It was determined that it was 15,6% in the persimmon garden, 14% in the peach garden, 8,6% in the Bayramiç white garden and 6,1% in the quince garden. It was determined that the Mediterranean fruit fly completed its last adult flights in Bayramiç district in the first week of December, 2226 days-degrees in 2021 and 2216 days-degrees in 2022.
