Özet

The Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of Turkey have had a long historical and cultural relationship and the growth and development of the two economies are interdependent in many areas as the factors affecting each economy have an undeniable impact on the other one as well. Aside from the eight year imposed war, many other harmful factors have been influencing Iran's economy since the victory of the Islamic Revolution in 1979, among which several rounds of economic sanctions by the United States and the west have been the most serious ones, and the most intense sanctions started in 2010 just when the trade between Iran and Turkey was at its peak. Using the complex economic interdependence theory and available statistics for the last 15 years, this thesis carefully examines the destructive impacts of the 2006 to 2015 antiIranian sanctions both on bilateral trade of the two countries and on Turkey's economy.

جمهوري اسلامي ايران و جمهوري تركيه از ديرباز داراي روابـط تـاريخي و فرهنگـي عميقـي بـوده و رشد و توسعه اقتصادي هر دو كشور در بسياري از زمينهها به هم وابسته است. طوري كه عوامل مـؤثر بر اقتصاد هركدام باعث تأثير بر اقتصاد ديگري ميشود. به غير از جنگ تحميلي از جمله عوامل بسـيار تأثيرگذار بر اقتصاد ايران بعد از پيروزي انقلاب اسلامي در سال ١٣٥٧ ،تحريمهـاي مختلـف اقتصـادي عليه اين كشور توسط امريكا و غرب بوده است كه جامعترين و شديدترين آنها از سال ٢٠١٠ بـه بعـد يعني زماني آغاز گرديد كه دورة اوج تبادلات تجاري بين ايران و تركيه بود. در پاياننامه حاضر آثار مخرب تحريمهاي ضد ايراني از سـال ٢٠٠٦ تـا ٢٠١٥ بـر مبـادلات تجـاري و اقتصادي بين دو كشور ايران و تركيه و اثرگذاري تحريمهاي ضد ايراني براي اقتصـاد كشـور تركيـه بـا استفاده از نظرية وابستگي متقابل پيچيدة اقتصادي مورد بحـث و بررسـي قـرار گرفتـه اسـت. بررسـي شاخصها و نمودارهاي اقتصادي در ١٥ سال گذشته به همراه تحليل و توصيف افـت خيزهـاي تجـاري بين دو كشور از اهداف اصلي اين پاياننامه بوده است. واژگان كليدي: تحريم، ايران، تركيه، روابط تجاري، وابستگي متقابل پيچيده
