Özet

Türkiye'de Yetişen Bazı Prangos (P. ferulaceae, P. platychlaena, P. pabularia, P. meliocarpoides var. meliocarpoides, P. meliocarpoides var. arcis-romanae) Türleri Üzerinde Farmasötik Botanik Araştırmalar. Bu çalışmada, Türkiye'de doğal olarak yetişen 4 Prangos türünün (P. ferulaceae Lindl, P. platychlaena Boiss, P. pabularia Lindl, P. meliocarpoides var. meliocarpoides Boiss (endemik),P. meliocarpoides var. arcis-romanae Boiss .& Huet) meyveleri morfolojik ve anatomik olarak incelenmiş ve ayırt edici özellikleri belirlenmiştir. Prangos türleri farklı ülkelerde tedavide ve baharat olarak kullanılan önemli bir tıbbi bitkilerdir. Bu nedenle türlerin ayırt edilmesi önemlidir. Bu çalışma sonucunda elde edilen veriler orijinal görsellerle desteklenmektedir. Elektron mikroskobu kullanılarak meyve yüzey şekillerine göre makroskobik özellikler belirlenmiş, karşılaştırılmış ve fotoğrafları verilmiştir. Ayrıca bu dört türün meyve enine kesitleri alınmış, fotoğraflanmış, ayrıntılı olarak anlatılmış ve karşılaştırılmıştır.

the Pharmaceutical Botanical Studies on Some Prangos (P. ferulaceae, P. platychlaena, P. pabularia, P. meliocarpoides var. meliocarpoides, P. meliocarpoides var. arcis-romanae) Species that Growing in Turkey. In this study, the prangos species (P. ferulaceae Lindl, P. platychlaena Boiss, P. Pabularia Lindl, P. meliocarpoides var. meliocarpoides Boiss(endemic), P. meliocarpoides var. arcis-romanae Boiss. & Huet) Pharmaceutical Botanical Studies on Species that growing naturally in Turkey. Fruits were examined morphologically and anatomically and their distinctive features were determined. Prangos species are an important medicinal plant used in treatment and as a spice in different countries. Therefore, it is important to distinguish between species. The data obtained as a result of the study were supported by original photographs. Using scanning electron microscopy, macromorphological features according to fruit surface shapes were defined, compared and photographs were presented. In addition, the cross-sections of the fruits of these 4 species were photographed, described in detail and compared.
