Özet
Bu araştırmanın temel amacı, Covid-19 pandemisi döneminde hastane personelinin depresyon düzeyleri ile yaşam kaliteleri arasındaki ilişkiyi tespit etmektir. Bu doğrultuda, araştırmaya tarama modelinde yön verilmiştir. Araştırmanın evrenini Türkiye'deki il ve ilçelerde bulunan özel veya devlet hastanelerinin personelidir. Örneklem grubu ise amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden olan ölçüt örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilen 224 kadın ve 212 erkek olmak üzere 436 sağlık çalışanından oluşmaktadır. Araştırmanın verilerinin toplanmasında, Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Beck Depresyon Envanteri ve DSÖ Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Toplanan verilerin analizinde ise mann whitney u testi, kruskal wallis testi ve spearman korelasyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonunda;Covid-19 pandemisinde hastane personelinin depresyon düzeyinin hafif-ortta olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca, depresyonun cinsiyet, ikamet yeri ve gelir düzeyi bağlamında anlamlı düzeyde farklılaştığı belirlenmiştir. Genel yaşam kalitesi ile fiziksel, ruhsal ve sosyal yaşam kalitesi boyutlarının medeni durum, ikamet yeri ve gelir düzeyine göre anlamlı düzeyde fark gösterdiği sonucuna varılmıştır. Ek olarak, çevresel yaşam kalitesi boyutunun medeni duruma göre anlamlı fark göstermediği; ikamet yeri ve gelir düzeyine göre anlamlı sonuçlar verdiği belirlenmiştir. Son olarak, Covid-19 pandemisi döneminde hastane personelinin depresyon düzeyleri ile genel yaşam kalitesi ve fiziksel, ruhsal, sosyal ve çevresel yaşam kalitesi boyutları arasında negatif yönlü anlamlı ilişki olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

The main purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between the depression levels of hospital staff and their quality of life during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this direction, the research was directed in the scanning model. The population of the research is the personnel of private or public hospitals in the provinces and districts of Turkey. The sample group consists of 436 healthcare professionals, 224 women and 212 men, selected by the criterion sampling method, which is one of the purposive sampling methods. Personal Information Form, Beck Depression Inventory and WHO Quality of Life Scale were used to collect the data of the study. In the analysis of the collected data, Mann Whitney U test, Kruskal Wallis test and Spearman correlation analysis were used. At the end of the research; It was concluded that the depression level of the hospital staff in the Covid-19 pandemic was mild-moderate. In addition, it was determined that depression differed significantly in terms of gender, place of residence and income level. It was concluded that the dimensions of general quality of life and physical, mental and social quality of life differed significantly according to marital status, place of residence and income level. In addition, the environmental quality of life dimension did not differ significantly according to marital status; It was determined that it gave significant results according to the place of residence and income level. Finally, it was concluded that there was a negative significant relationship between the depression levels of the hospital staff and the general quality of life and physical, mental, social and environmental quality of life dimensions during the Covid-19 pandemic period.
