Özet
158 BOLUM 7 ÖZET Bu araştırmada; Sosyal Sigortalar Kurumu Genel Dal Eğitim Hastaneleri acil servisleri hizmetlerinin araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen değerlendirme kriterleri doğrultusunda değerlendirilmesi ve karşılaştırılması amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırma, İstanbul'da SSK istanbul, Okmeydanı, Göztepe Eğitim Hastaneleri, izmir'de SSK izmir ve Tepecik Eğitim Hastaneleri ve Ankara'da SSK Ankara Eğitim hastanesi'nde olmak üzere 6 hastane acil servisinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada belirlenen 6 ana bölüm altında yer alan 44 kritere göre uygunluğun değerlendirilmesine çalışılmıştır. Hastaneler;Organizasyon ve Yönetim, Genel Politika ve Prosedürler, Yürütme ye Kadro, Tesis, Ekipman ve Malzeme, Hasta Bakımı ve Bakımın Sürekliliği ve Eğitim yönünden değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgulara göre; acil servislerin kriterlere çok az ıryumu sözkonusudur. Aynı statüde olan hastaneler arasında organizasyon, süreçler, personel ve araç-gereç açısından önemli sayılabilecek farklılıklar bulunmaktadır.

159 BÖLÜM 8 SUMMARY The target of this research is to assess and compare the SSK General Teaching Hospital's Emergency Department's services through the criteria which have been developed by the researcher. This research has been applied in the following hospitals: SSK istanbul Hospital, SSK Okmeydanı Hospital, SSK Göztepe Hospital, SSK izmir Hospital, SSK Tepecik Hospital, SSK Ankara Hospital. Emergency Services assessment criteria has been developed by the researcher on the basis of the usage of the 1994, 1996 JCAHO Hospitals Standards and the 1997 emergency services criteria of the Turkish Standards Institute. 44 criteria under 6 main headings: Section 1 : Organization and Management Section 2: General Procedures and Policy Section 3: Staffing and the Administration Section 4: Facilities, Equipment and Supplies Section 5: Patient Care and Continouity of the Care Section 6: Education and Training In order to observe the patient care sevices in detail, the patient have been choosen at random in the following number: İstanbul Hospital 163, Okmeydanı Hospital 84, Göztepe Hospital 131, İzmir Hospital 88, Tepecik Hospital 101, Ankara Hospital 101.160 At the end of the research; all the Hospitals have been given the score of 2 as taking whole evaluation a basis. Among the hospitals having the same status, there have been a great deal of differences in the cases of organizations, procedures, staffing, equipment.
