Özet
Bu çalışmada, Türkiye'de plastik sektöründe paydaşların temiz üretim uygulamalarına ve temiz üretim uygulamalarında işletmenin çevresel ve operasyonel performansına etkisi araştırılmıştır. Ayrıca paydaşların temiz üretim uygulamalarına ve temiz üretim uygulamalarının da çevresel ve operasyonel performansa etkisinde işletme büyüklüğünün düzenleyici rolü araştırılmıştır. Çalışma, Türkiye'de plastik sektöründe faaliyet gösteren 316 işletmeden anket yöntemi kullanılarak elde veriler çerçevesinde yapılmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analizinde AMOS 22 istatistik programı kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda; paydaşlardan müşteriler, kanun düzenleyiciler ve rakiplerin temiz üretim uygulamalarına pozitif etki ettiği fakat çevre örgütleri ve sosyal medyanın ise temiz üretim uygulamalarına bir etkisinin olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmada, temiz üretim uygulamalarından süreç tasarımı, ürün tasarımı ve lojistik faaliyetlerin çevresel performansa pozitif etkisinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Temiz üretim uygulamalarından süreç tasarımı ve ürün tasarımının operasyonel performansa araştırma kapsamında bir etkisinin olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca bu çalışmada, paydaşların temiz üretim uygulamalarına etkisinde ve temiz üretim uygulamalarının da çevresel ve operasyonel performansa etkisinde işletme büyüklüğünün düzenleyici rolünün olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

In this study, The effect of the stakeholders in the plastics industry in Türkiye on clean production practices and the environmental and operational performance of the company in cleaner production practices has been investigated. In addition, the regulatory role of business size in the effect of stakeholders on cleaner production practices and cleaner production practices on environmental and operational performance has been investigated. The study was carried out within the framework of the data obtained by using the survey method from 316 companies operating in the plastics industry in Turkey. AMOS 22 statistical program was used in the analysis of the obtained data. As a result of the research; It has been determined that customers, regulators and competitors from stakeholders have a positive effect on cleaner production practices, but environmental organizations and social media have no effect on cleaner production practices. In the study, it was determined that process design, product design and logistics activities, which are clean production practices, have a positive effect on environmental performance. It has been determined that process design and product design, which are cleaner production practices, have no effect on operational performance within the scope of the research. In addition, in this study, it has been determined that the size of the enterprise has a regulatory role in the impact of stakeholders on cleaner production practices and the impact of cleaner production practices on environmental and operational performance.
