Özet
Toplumsal hayatın sürdürüldüğü ve her gün yeniden üretildiği kentsel mekan, sosyo-kültürel ve sosyo-ekonomik nedenlerle sürekli dönüşüm geçirmektedir. Değişen koşullara uyum sağlamak için dönüşen kentsel mekan, çok yönlü ve hareketli dinamik bir sürecin ürünü olarak, bitimsiz bir oluş içinde devinmektedir. Bu duruma bağlı olarak mimarlık ve kentsel tasarım disiplinlerinde tasarlanan mekan ve kent temsilleri, aktüel olarak deneyimlenen hali ile bire bir örtüşmemektedir. Bu noktada oluş olgusunu sorunsallaştıran araştırma, kentsel mekanın nasıl bir oluş içinde olduğunu ve değişen koşullarla beraber kendini nasıl gerçekleştirdiğini sorgularken kentsel mekanda oluş potansiyeli yaratan durumları tartışma konusu edinir. Kentsel mekanın oluş halini gündelik yaratıcılığın odağında okumayı amaçlayan araştırma, Gilles Deleuze'ün aktüel ve virtüel kavramlarının yarattığı ufuktan beslenir. Kentte gerçekleşen her türlü tekil karşılaşma ve deneyim, araştırmada geliştirilen yaklaşıma göre, kentsel mekanın ve kentin oluş halini sürdürebilecek potansiyeller taşımaktadır. Bu bakış açısı, kentte gözlemlenen deneyimleri ve çeşitli karşılaşmaları mimari bağlamda tartışmaya değer bulmaktadır. Geliştirilen tartışma modeli için, kentin oluş halini gözlemlemek ve anlamak ana prensiptir ve bu süreçte sabit bir pozisyonda konum alınmaz; tam tersi kent onu dolaşan bir özne tarafından gözlemlenir. Özne değişen zaman ve mekan dolaylarında kenti deneyimler, gözler ve oluşu duyumsar. Kentsel mekanın oluş halini okumaya yönelik gerçekleştirilen bu araştırmada örneklem olarak Kadıköy Caferağa, Rıhtım ve Moda bölgelerinde rotalar oluşturulur ve rotalar üzerinde fragmanlar belirlenir. Kentsel mekanda oluş biçimlerini belirlemek üzere fragmanların analizi yapılır ve bu analizler sonucunda oluş biçimleri oluşturulur.Oluşun bilgisi, deneyim ile edinilirken, bilgi araştırma kapsamında kullanabilmek ve paylaşabilmek için eskiz, dil ve harita aracılığıyla süreç sonunda bir mimarlık üretimine dönüştürülür.

Where social life is maintained and produced everyday, urban space is constantly undergoing transformation due to socio-cultural and socio-economic reasons. It changes and transforms to adapt to changing conditions; exists in an endless formation as the product of a versatile and dynamic processes. Depending on this situation, the space and city representations designed in the disciplines of architecture and urban planning cannot be compatible with the actual experience. This research, which problematizes the phenomenon of becoming, questions how the urban space is emerges and how it realizes itself with changing conditions while discussing the situations that create the potential for occurrence in urban space. This research, which aims to approach the state of being in the urban area with a focus on daily creativity, is mused by the horizon created by Deleuze's actual and virtual concepts. According to the approach developed in the research, all kinds of individual encounters and experiences in the city have the potential to sustain the formation of the urban space and the becoming of the city. This perspective finds the experiences and various encounters in the city worth observing. Moreover, for the developed discussion model, observing and understanding the state of being of the city is the main principle and in this process, it is a fixed position; on the contrary it is observed by wandering the city. The subject experiences the city around the changing time and space, eyes and senses the becoming. In this research, which is carried out to read the state of being of the urban space, routes are created in Kadıköy Caferağa, Rıhtım and Moda regions as a case and fragments are determined on the routes. In order to determine the forms of formation in the urban space, the fragments are analyzed and the formation parameters are created as a result of these analyzes. While the knowledge of becoming is acquired through experience, the knowledge is transformed into an architectural production at the end of the process through sketches, language and maps in order to be able to use and share it within the scope of research.
