Özet

Bu çalışmanın amacı, lise öğrencilerinde çok yönlü liderlik yönelimleri ile problem çözme becerileri arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Araştırmanın evrenini Van ilinde eğitim gören lise öğrencileri oluştururken, araştırmanın örneklemini ise 14-18 yaş aralığında 274 (%45,7) kadın, 326(%54,3) erkek toplamda 600 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma kapsamında nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden ilişkisel tarama modeli, örneklem seçiminde ise ölçüt örneklem yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak yazar tarafından oluşturulan demografik bilgi formu, Heppner ve Peterson (1982) tarafından geliştirilen Şahin vd., (1993) tarafından Türkçeye uyarlanan Problem Çözme Envanteri (PÇE) ve Dursun vd., (2019) tarafından geliştirilen Çok Yönlü Liderlik Yönelimleri Ölçeği (ÇYLYÖ) kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen verilerin istatistiksel analizinde SPSS 22 paket programı kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen verilere yapılan Kolmogorov-Smirnov normallik testi ve güvenirlik analizi neticesinde ölçeklerin güvenilir aralıkta olduğu ve normal dağılım göstermediği tespit edilmiştir. Ölçeklere iki farklı grubun karşılaştırılmasını yapmak için non-parametrik testlerden Mann-Whitney U Testi ve çoklu değişkenler için Kruskall Wallis Testi uygulanmıştır. The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between multifaceted leadership orientations and problem solving skills in high school students. While the population of the study consists of high school students studying in Van province, the sample of the study consists of 274 (45.7%) female and 326 (54.3%) male students between the ages of 14-18, totaling 600 students. Within the scope of the research, relational survey model, one of the quantitative research methods, and criterion sampling method was used in sample selection. The demographic information form created by the author, the Problem Solving Inventory (PSI) developed by Heppner and Peterson (1982) and adapted into Turkish by Şahin et al. (1993), and the Multifaceted Leadership Orientations Scale (MLAS) developed by Dursun et al. (2019) were used as data collection tools. SPSS 22 package program was used in the statistical analysis of the data obtained from the research. As a result of the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test and reliability analysis of the data obtained in the study, it was determined that the scales were in the reliable range and did not show normal distribution. Mann- Whitney U Test, a non-parametric test, and Kruskall Wallis Test for multiple variables were applied to the scales to compare two different groups.
