Özet
Bu çalışmada Yeni Pitagorasçı yazarlar olan Ceraslı Nikomakus'un Aritmetiğe Giriş, İzmirli Teon'un Platon'u Anlamaya Faydası Olan Matematik Bilgisi eserleri ile Apamealı Numenius'un fragmanları ve yazarı bilinmeyen Aritmetiği Teolojisi kitabındaki (YBAT) kozmoloji düşünceleri incelenmiştir. Yeni Pitagorasçı felsefenin ayırt edici özelliği Tales'ten başlayıp Platon'la devam eden doğa felsefesindeki arke setinin çokluğunu teke indirmeleridir. Bu hedefi gerçekleştirebilmek için Timayos diyalogundaki yapıtaşı ilkesi, muharrik ilke ve yasa ilkelerinin rolleri yazılmamış teoriyi teşkil eden İyi Üzerine dersindeki kavramsal şemayla ilişkilendirilmiş ve monist bir sistem altında yeniden ifade edilmiştir. Bir'e dayalı kozmolojilerin başlangıcını temsil eden bu sisteme göre monad, cisimlerin soyut kalıplarını zihninde taşıyan bir tanrıdır ve evreni kendi zihnindeki plana göre kendisinden çıkartır. Nikomakus, Teon ve YBAT'ye göre monad potansiyel olarak her şeyin ilkörneğidir ve her şey bilfiil monaddır. Numenius'a gelince o, monadı soyutlama ameliyesini diğer üç yazara kıyasla daha ileri taşımıştır. Ona göre şeyler Tek Tanrı'nın zihinsel yönelimselliği sonucunda varlığa gelen tohumlardır.

In this study the ideas of cosmology in the works of Neopythagorean writers Nicomachus of Geras' Introduction of Arithmetics, Theon of Smyrna's Mathematics Useful for Understanding Plato, Numenius of Apamea'a fragments and in the book of Arithmetic Theology (whose author is unknown -AUAT-), were examined. The distinctive feature of the Neopythagorean philosophy is that they reduce the multiplicity of the arche set in natural philosophy, starting with Thales and continuing with Plato, to one. In order to achieve this goal, the roles of building block principle, moving principle and law principle in the Timaeus dialogue was associated with the conceptual schema in the lesson on the Good, which constitutes the unwritten theory of Plato, and was restated under a monistic system. According to this system, which represents the beginning of cosmologies based on One, the monad is a god who carries the abstract patterns of objects in his mind, and he extracts the universe from himself according to the plan in his mind. According to Nikomakus, Teon, and AUAT, the monad is potentially the archetype of everything, and everything is actually monad. As for Numenius, he took the process of abstracting the monad further than the other three writers. According to him, things are seeds that come into existence as a result of the intentionality of the Only God' mind.
