In this thesis, the effects of adding different doses of liquid amino acids to drinking water on broiler performance, water consumption, carcass weight and efficiency and some blood parameters and the role of dietary crude protein levels in this effect has been investigated. In this animal experiment, 189 day-old broiler chicks of Ross 308 were used. The diets given to the animals were prepared separately for the beginning and raising periods. Experimental groups were divided into three groups according to liquid amino acid addition, and three groups according to dietary crude protein level; 3X3=9 groups in total. The experiment lasted for 35 days. In the study, a statistical difference was determined in terms of the weight gain values of the groups on the 14th day, this difference was determined by the crude protein level (p<0.012), and the statistical difference detected on the 35th day of the experiment was determined by both the dietary crude protein level (p<0.02) and the liquid amino acid level. rate (p<0.001). In addition, it was detected that the statistical differences in the 21-35 and 0-35 day periods were due to the liquid amino acid ratio. On the 21st day of the experiment, the groups supplemented with 5ml/l amino acids consumed more feed than the control group (p<0.032). It was observed that groups (p<0.007) consumed more feed. On the 35th day of the experiment, again the group with added 5 ml/l amino acid (p<0.014) and the SHP( Standart Crude Protein) & YHP (High Crude Protein) groups. (p<0.007) were observed to be consuming more feed again. It was determined that the groups with the addition of DHP (Decreased Crude Protein) and 2.5 ml/l amino acid had the lowest FCR statistically in all periods of the experiment except the 21-35 days period. In our study, it was obvious that the amino acid content added to the drinking water did not have any negative effect on the water consumption habits of the animals used in the experiment, and there was no statistical difference in the water consumption rate between the groups in any period. Considering the hot carcass weights determined after slaughter, the carcass weight of the group to which amino acid was added at the rate of 2.5 ml/l was statistically high (p<0.042), it was mathematically higher also in hot and cold carcass efficiency, and again the cold carcass weight of the same group was found to be significantly higher (p<0.047). At the end of the study, it was observable that dietary crude protein level had an effect on glucose (p<0.011), triglyceride (p<0.014) and albumin (p<0.025) parameters in blood taken from animals. The amino acid added to the drinking water seemmed to have a significant effect on the cholesterol value. (p<0.01) As a result, in this study, it was detected that adding 2.5 ml/l amino acid to animals has a positive effect on weight gain, FCR and carcass weight. It was determined that the liquid amino acid content used did not cause any change in the water consumption habits of the animals. In addition, the liquid amino acid content used did not have a negative effect on liver, kidney functions, and carbohydrate and fat metabolism.
