Özet
Geçmişten günümüze işsizlik ve istihdam eksikliği bütün ekonomilerin başlıca sorunu haline gelmiştir. Bu sorun kapsamında birey ve aile yapısı ekonomik, sosyal ve kültürel olarak çeşitli problemler ile karşı karşıya gelmiştir. Bu tez çalışmasında; yaşadığı maddi yoksulluk sonucunda sosyal ve ekonomik destek hizmetinden faydalanan ailelerin sosyal destek sistemleri, sosyal desteğe ihtiyaç duydukları alanlar, sosyal çevrelerinde hangi alanlarda dışlanmışlık yaşadıkları ve bu dışlanmışlıkla mücadele ederken hangi sosyal destek mekanizmalarından yararlandıklarını ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada SHM'den sosyal yardım alan birey ve ailelerinin algıladıkları sosyal dışlanma ile sosyal destek ağları incelenmiştir. Nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılarak yapılan araştırmanın verileri SED'den faydalanan 18 kadın 2 erkek toplam 20 katılımcı ile yarı yapılandırılmış derinlemesine görüşmelerle elde edilmiştir. Araştırmaya katılan katılımcıların demografik bilgilerin yer aldığı Kişisel Bilgi Formu ve araştırma içeriğine dair önceden hazırlanmış sorulardan oluşan Yarı Yapılandırılmış Görüşme Formu kullanılmıştır. Yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniği ile sosyal destek ve sosyal dışlanma unsurları arasındaki ilişki saptanmaya çalışılmıştır. Ülkelerin çoğunda ortaya çıkan sosyal dışlanma algısı, ülkemizde de hissedilebilir boyutlara ulaşmıştır. Bu çalışmada öncelikle sosyal destek ve sosyal dışlanma unsurları çerçevesinde literatür araştırmaları yapılmış, ardından sosyal ve ekonomik destek alan bireylere yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniği uygulanmıştır. Bu doğrultuda sosyal destek ile sosyal dışlanma unsurları arasında anlamlı bir ilişkinin olduğu saptanmıştır. Araştırmaya katılan sosyal ve ekonomik destek hizmetlerinden yararlanan yoksul ailelerin ekonomik problemlerle baş etme adına yararlandıkları maddi yardımlar, algıladıkları sosyal dışlanmayı arttırdığı tespit edilmiştir. Bu araştırma kapsamında katılımcıların yakın sosyal çevrelerinden elde ettikleri sosyal destek deneyiminin, sosyal dışlanma hissini de önemli ölçüde etkilediği elde edilen diğer bulgular arasındadır.

Unemployment and lack of employment have become the main problems of all economies from past to present. Within the scope of this problem, the individual and family structure faced various economic, social and cultural problems. In this thesis study; It is aimed to reveal the social support systems of families benefiting from social and economic support services as a result of the material poverty they experience, the areas they need social support, the areas in which they experience exclusion in their social environment and the social support mechanisms they benefit from while struggling with this exclusion. In the study, the social support for the individuals receiving social support and their families were examined. The data of the study, which was conducted using the qualitative research method, were obtained through semi-structured in-depth interviews with a total of 20 participants, 18 women and 2 men, who benefited from SIA. The Personal Information Form, which includes the demographic information of the participants participating in the research, and the Semi-Structured Interview Form, which consists of pre-prepared questions about the research content, were used. The relationship between the semi-structured interview technique and the elements of social support and social exclusion was tried to be determined. The perception of social exclusion, which has emerged in most of the countries, has reached perceptible dimensions in our country as well. In this study, first of all, literature research was conducted within the framework of social support and social exclusion, and then semi-structured interview technique was applied to individuals who received social and economic support. In this direction, it has been determined that there is a significant relationship between social support and social exclusion. It has been determined that the financial aids of the poor families who benefit from the social and economic support services participating in the research in order to cope with the economic problems increase their perceived social exclusion. Within the scope of this research, it is among the other findings that the social support experience obtained by the participants from their close social circles also significantly affects the sense of social exclusion.
