Özet

Amaç: Bu çalışma şizofreni tanısı almış bireylerde müziğin işlevsel iyileşme düzeyine ve problem çözme becerisine etkisini incelemek amacıyla yapıldı. Gereç-Yöntem: Kütahya Evliya Çelebi Eğitim Araştırma Hastanesi Toplum Ruh Sağlığı Merkezi (TRSM)'ne gelen şizofreni tanısı almış 85 kişi (n1:28; n2:29; n3:28) ile 15.11.2021- 01.05.2022 tarihleri arasında ön test-son test solomon üç gruplu desende bir deney ve iki kontrol gruplu, randomize kontrollü olarak yapıldı. Gruplara hastaların seçiminde, basit rastgele yöntemi (www.random.org) kullanıldı. Uygulama öncesinde deney ve kontrol gruplarına Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Şizofrenide İşlevsel İyileşme Ölçeği (ŞİLÖ) ve Problem Çözme Envanteri (PÇE) uygulandı. Deney grubundaki hastalara rutin tedavi ile birlikte buselik makamındaki eserler pasif yöntem ile TRSM'nin etkinlik salonunda 3 gün ara ile toplamda 6 seans olarak kayıttan dinletildi. Her bir seans ortalama 45 dakika sürdü. Kontrol gruplarında; bir kontrol grubunda, rutin tedaviye ek olarak herhangi bir uygulamada bulunulmazken, diğer kontrol grubuna ise rutin tedaviye ek olarak haftada üç gün ara ile toplam 6 seans olmak üzere Daniel Defoe'nin“Robinson Crusoe”adlı eserinden 50'şer sayfa okundu. Diğer kontrol grubuna ise herhangi bir müdahale yapılmadı. Uygulama sonunda deney ve kontrol gruplarına ŞİLÖ ve PÇE tekrar uygulandı. Müzik ve kitap okuma gruplarında yapılan uygulamalar bir ay sürdü. Çalışmanın yürütülebilmesi için etik kurul izni, kurum izni ve hastalardan yazılı onam alındı. Verilerin analizinde SPSS programı ile sayı, yüzde dağılımları, ortalamalar, standart sapma, varyans analizi, t- testi, ki-kare, Fisher exact ve anova testleri kullanıldı. Bulgular: Deney grubunda PÇE ön test toplam puanı 109,60±25,77; son test puanı 98,35±26,79 olarak bulundu. ŞİLÖ toplam puanları deney grubunda ön test 58,32±14,19 ve son test puanı 63,35±13,92 olarak saptandı. Objective: This study was conducted to examine the effect of music on the level of functional remission of general schizophrenia and problem solving skills in individuals diagnosed with schizophrenia. Materials-Methods: Pre-test between 15.11.2021 and 01.05.2022 with 85 people (n1:28; n2:29; n3:28) diagnosed with schizophrenia who came to Kütahya Evliya Çelebi Training and Research Hospital Community Mental Health Centers (CMHCs). -The final test was performed in a solomon three-group design, with one experimental and two control groups, in a randomized controlled fashion. Simple randomization method (www.random.org) was used to select patients into groups. Before the application, the Personal Information Form, the Functional Remission of General Schizophrenia Scale (FROGS) and the Problem Solving Inventory (PSI) were applied to the experimental and control groups. Along with the routine treatment of the patients in the experimental group, the works in the buselik maqam were played back with the passive method in the activity hall of CMHCs, for a total of 6 sessions, with an interval of 3 days. Each session lasted an average of 45 minutes. In control groups; In one control group, no application was made in addition to the routine treatment, while in the other control group, 50 pages of Daniel Defoe's“Robinson Crusoe”were read, for a total of 6 sessions, three days a week, in addition to the routine treatment. No intervention was made in the other control group. At the end of the application, FROGS and PSI were re-administered to the experimental and control groups. Practices in music and book reading groups lasted for a month. Ethics committee permission, institutional permission, and written consent from the patients were obtained to conduct the study. Number, percentage distributions, means, standard deviation, analysis of variance, t-test, chi-square, Fisher's exact and anova tests were used in the analysis of the data. Results: PSI pre-test total score in the experimental group was 109.60±25.77; post-test score was 98.35±26.79. The total scores of FROGS in the experimental group were determined as 58.32±14.19 in the pretest and 63.35±13.92 in the posttest.
